Fantastic hotel and most underrated. It has all the facilities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The check-in was smooth, the parking is free and extremely convenient. The in-house restaurant serves great Japanese food. The gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is a decent size with a hot tub nearby. It's location is just a few metres away from Lotus supermarket. More importantly the housekeeping staff is extremely honest and does a great job. I left my headphones in the room upon check out. The housekeeping staff found it and reported to the front desk who then contacted me. Unfortunately I was already on my way to the airport but will pick it up next month when I come again. This is a great hotel and always love staying here.

This is our third year in a row staying at this resort while traveling to Pattaya beach. Modern place near Khao Yai park. Good to stop on the way. Easy to miss the turn to hotel on the car and if you miss 10 min driving back with highways again. Big clean rooms. They have bicycles if you want to go outside. The last thing is very useful

I stayed here for 2nd time. All things in the room is good but I found roach on g floor in the building. I didn't take a photo because it's alive. Hope the hotel could pay more attention even it's ground floor.

The resort I originally liked was sold out due to late booking, so I changed to this one. I didn't expect it to bring me an unexpected surprise. First of all, the whole resort is built on the mountain, with natural resources and a very good ecological environment (see photo). Secondly, the service is also very good. Because we had to change rooms for 2 nights, we asked the front desk to help move the suitcases before going out for fun. After we came back from the fun, the suitcases had been put in the new room. The room is large and the bed is big enough, which is very convenient for families with children. There is a TIPSY BAR not far from the entrance of the resort. The food tastes great and the price is reasonable. The only shortcoming is that the toiletries are a bit poor, but the flaws do not outweigh the merits. I will come again next time I go to Khao Yai.

The accommodation was quite good. The suite room was well-proportioned. The staff had to be smiling and provide good service. The staff in green shirts guarding the door (I understand they are bellboys) should really improve. They just sat and looked at the customers' faces, didn't greet them, didn't open the door, didn't help carry things. We stayed for 3 days and didn't help a single day. I don't know why they're there. One day when there were few customers, we went to have breakfast. When we walked into the dining room, they opened and looked at all the food, as if they were going to have breakfast with us. The team of staff in green shirts was funny.
