So pleased with the hotel services and hospitality. Phatthalung is a very laidback town but the smiles, warmth and helpfulness of the staff really made our trip a good and memorable one. You can ask the staff to make arrangements for sightseeing.
The water pressure for the shower is good. AC in room was super powerful and cooling.
Bed was comfy to sleep and the bathroom and toilet size is quite big. Towels were clean. Bathing gel and shampoo were provided.
Location of hotel is near the main road but slightly of the main road which makes the room very quiet and peaceful.
We were checked in early and checked out late on request without any problem.
We were given a welcome drink and another drink when we have checked out while waiting for our transport to come.
There were 3 bicycles which are free for hotel guest to use.
I will definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Phatthalung again.
There's a counter employee. I don't know what's wrong with him. He has a sullen face, doesn't greet guests, doesn't greet customers in the evening, late at night, but in the morning the service is good. I'm confused. He's probably tired. It's 2-3 in the morning and he can't go home. So he has a sullen face. He's not happy working. He's very angry with someone. I'm confused. I don't know what to do when I use the service and see an employee with a sullen face. He doesn't say anything and doesn't dare tell anyone. I don't know what to say.
This hotel is in a rural area, so it is very difficult to get there. We had a hard time finding Grab or Bolt to travel and return. Our room was clean with a view in front of the lake. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, it was great for a walk during sunset. The only thing that bothers us a little during our stay was the strange noises in our room at night, probably some small animals... Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
This property is near the train station and the room view can see the Khao Ok Talu. And, amazingly, I can try the Som Tum Luang Prabang. Khao Chai Son Hot Springs is very nice and has a private room.
City Park is a no frills hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. As a traveller its best feature is the large car park just outside the ground floor rooms, making it simple to unload and load my scooter. There are lots of restaurants and stalls within walking distance. This is my favourite hotel in Phattalung and I have stayed here several times already.
This is truly hotel you can enjoy your time. It is location just beside the hill. The air is fresh and cold when I been there.would like to recommend to you all.
A hotel run by Thai Chinese is clean and close to the train station! The air-conditioning noise is very loud and can't sleep. The owner is super saving. As long as you leave the room, he will immediately cut off the power! Ctrip's service is very good, the problem of accommodation can always be solved in the first time, in contrast, agada is simply LJ
When we reached the property to check in , no one in reception . Had to call up property manager . Rooms were not ready and had to wait to get into rooms full
Of mosquitoes. They provided repellant on request.
No swimming pool that was seen on their website.
They didn’t confirm the room to trip.com so I was confused with a mail from trip.com to book another property. Since we checked in already , we did not change hotel. After an evening outing we returned to the hotel , the entrance was dark everywhere and we had to use our mobile flash light to reach rooms .
Breakfast was provided as per request ( we had to buy our own coffee and tea)
However at the end they helped us get transportation to Songkla.
Location : great
Rest: I think there are better places.
They should do something for the dense mosquitoes population in rooms and their cafe and reception area.
A delightful hotel tucked within the confines of the city centre. Very clean and the front desk was exceptionally helpful. They booked the ferry crossing for us to koh samui and I'm eternally grateful for their assistance. Will definitely stay here again if I'm passing through.

GGuest UserWe had booked a ”sea view” room, which is in fact one of the 2 rooms closest to the hotel entrance/exit) with a window giving you a little bit of a lake view. You have to cross the street, walk a few meters and pass the trees to have a real good view of the lake. A little bit of an overselling? Probably yes, but this was not a big deal for us. The first of the 2 rooms meeting the definition of that we had booked had a poor AC (35° and not going down - I trust it will be fixed fast, if not done already). The gentleman managing the place was kind enough to give us the other one (which luckily was available!). It was small, clean and tidy with a good bathroom. Nothing fancy about it, yet nice; we felt good (and the AC worked wonderfully to bring the temperature down to 24/25°).
The owner allowed us to use his fridge to stock some of our fresh products (no fridge in the room).
The small car park across the street is convenient.
Coffee is made available in the morning. No breakfast.
The hotel is a few kilometers away from the city.
Overall, we were satisfied with our overnight stay.
FFlorianThis is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. It was super clean, the rooms were spacious, modern and in „like new“ shape, the service was outstanding, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good… and the location in the center of beautiful Phattalung is also great 🙂 we would always come back

DDDamianGreat stay off the beaten track! Staff is super helpful, WiFi works well & breakfast is delicious.
However, super remote & in our bungalow were lots of ants (see picture). The problem was quickly solved by housekeeping & maintenance (but not enough) so the ants kept coming out of a hole.
Furthermore, pool floor is dirty. All in all not quite worth the money.

KKytchermaineThe room is very spacious, with a huge bed that is incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The hotel looks and feels new, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
There is plenty of parking available, and having a 7-11 in the building is extremely convenient.
There are some eateries nearby, and the staff recommended “Red Beef House,” which turned out to be a delightful surprise for celebrating Christmas.
Do note that it’s about 30 minutes away from Thale Noi. It’s best to use Google Maps for navigation in this area, as Waze doesn’t work well here.
