The accommodation is very clean. The staffs take good care of you. They can answer any questions you ask. They are not annoyed when you ask and are willing to answer. The staffs take good care of you. The accommodation is quiet. The room is not stuffy. It is clean and smells good.
Phurua Khiri Hotel is a hotel surrounded by nature. There are green rice fields during the rainy season. Very suitable for going on vacation. Anyone passing through Phu Ruea Dan Sai or Muang Loei can stay there. The accommodation is clean, uses grade A materials, relatively new, suitable for traveling as a family as well. There are rooms for families to stay.
Very good customer service here. Lovely breakfast and service. It’s the quiet place near Mekong river. Possible to come close and chill. They have photo zone (some old cars, pools, small farm). It’s a little bit far way from walking street. You need to use car for that. Rooms are clean and good. Balcony has nice view on Mekong river.
The accommodation is very good.. I chose this place because I could walk down and it was right on the walking street. The staff provided very good service and the food was delicious, especially the sticky rice with grilled chicken. But on the day I went, my neighbor was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.. But if I have a chance, I will go again.
The rooms are clean, the location is very good, next to the river, every room has a river view. Not far from the walking street. Convenient travel All employees are smiling. The service is good and impressive. Very helpful Come make a surprise for your friend's birthday here. Lovely staff Please turn on the music and sing. I'm very impressed.

First they give us a room where the door to the public terrace can't be closed. Than they want to fix it with screws - no opening of a door or window.
At least we got a room with fitted doors.
But no hot shower, only cold water.
Near to the night market is an advantage.
The pool is too small for so many rooms and was overcrowded.
Breakfast was ok but not special.
Great

CCharlie51MBooked Superior Villa with breakfast for 2night stay. Villa was well furnished, Tv with tv box, wifi, kettle, coffee & tea bag provided as well, washroom was big & toiletries provided. Only short coming is telephone not working in all rooms. Need to walk to reception for assistance. Resort was well located with a hill top restaurant serving adequate breakfast. Lunch & dinner menu also not expensive not to mention the good view overseeing Mekong river and Laos border. Last but not least very close to all tourist attractions. Sunrise viewing at Phu Tok, Kaeng Khut Kru just 10 to 15 min drive.
FFoo Sze WongChiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.
GGuest UserI went to take the exam for further studies. The room was very nice. There was a swimming pool and a fitness center with a beautiful view. Then that day, my friend got hit by a car and the hotel took him to the hospital without charge. And that day there was no transport back to the hotel, so the hotel came to pick us up without any charge. And the hotel was very kind and even volunteered to take us to the exam at the university. Thank you to the senior officers. Thank you to the manager who took care of me like a businessman. Thank you for your kindness. Finally, what I want to say is that we passed the exam. Yay seniors, the manager is one of the people who make us... I have taken one step forward. Thank you. 🙇♂️🙏
OOn The Road AgainNice little hotel with quaint garden. The owner speaks passing English and has a friendly fat dog. My bed was good even though I prefer softer. A little far from the town center but it’s walkable maybe one kilometer. This is a tourist town but I was there in the off season so not many people around. But it’s a beautiful area to visit.
GGuest UserThe place is located in the center, which is easy to walk around and enjoy a single moment in the city. A hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. However, it would be very helpful if you can provide instruction on the parking area, which would be save time and easy for guest to find the parking. All others service are perfect.

JJohnstonEricNice hotel in its day. But a little dated and tired now.had a deluxe room which was very big and clean. Very few people staying there, so very quiet The food as very delicious. The swimming pool and gym are situated away from main hotel and very quiet. Nice if you want a quiet stay. Lovely gardens to walk around
Cchang12This hotel is very economical.
There is no shampoo or toothbrush set, so you can buy those at the nearby 7-Eleven.
Breakfast is served in the space to the left as you leave the entrance.
If you arrive early in the morning, a staff member will come to you, so just wait.
Breakfast is delicious.
GGuest UserBeautiful surroundings, resort seems nice but bad service. The beds are very bad, had two different rooms but the beds creak and squeak with every move you make. Breakfast is good, surroundings are good. Our friends who had another room had to pay 450 bath because the towels were dirty, towels were not changed every day and no small towels for the feet. Many things in the bathroom were not good and leakage under the sink. Friends were accused of this and threatened with police!!!!! Friends paid because we had to go further and no time to wait. Too bad but we have never experienced this in Thailand. We will never go there again.
