Living with a girlfriend in a two-bedroom standard. The room has everything necessary. Excellent bedding and comfortable pillows and beds. Daily update of once-time toilet and drinking water. Staff polite and serviced. The room was with a view to the mountain. Diversified and delicious breakfast is a Swedish table. Three restaurants and a spa sauna are in the hotel. The sauna is very good. For the living rooms the price is 50 % discount. From the hotel daily, twice a day free minibus goes to the mountain air. Next to the hotel is a huge park of Gagarin with children's railway - there is a place to walk. There are small stores in step-to-step availability. Not very far to the Regional Museum - you can walk. In general - a very pleasant impression of staying at the hotel.

Very atmospheric and comfortable hotel!!! Very ”fresh” . Excellent location. Close to lifts. I change the underwear, I don't know what timetable, but we stopped for six nights - once changed, the underwear was clean, the towels were white, can change at least every day!!! The sanitary is correct, the sanitary is gentle and very clean!!! For purity reduced the rating for the reason : when gathered, looked under the bed and there was dust, unfortunately. In general, it didn't affect the excellent impression of the hotel. I believe indeed. Thank you all!!!

Very convenient location, next to the station waiting, 1 minute.go. On the recipe, cute girls will always help and show understanding. You can rest well between the plane and the train. Ideal cleanliness, snowy crystalling lingerie, cozy cloth and pillow, sleep comfortably. The room has a refrigerator, a shelter, a bed, a table, a chair, a tv, a cup of a spoon dish, on the floor of a cooler, a chest, a s/u, a shower, no queues.

The room is twice as big as usual. Although it is on the main street, it is very quiet at night. The breakfast is very good. I asked the front desk to help me contact the travel agency by phone to sign up for a tour. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is a bit expensive.

Good hotel . Bed is just top and bed linen excellent quality. Everything is clean. The only breakfast in 4ce is not very good. Little. And the water was turned off :-) strange of course. But overall, everything is cool. There is a chimney room on the 3rd floor. The view is great. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Very successful location, up to mountain 1 km can be walked , near the park. There are dishes, microwave.  Delicious cook in the restaurant, good breakfast -600rub  Comfortable , large beds . When you get in the rooms clean - well the cleaning itself is just horror. In 5 days -2 days, the garbage was removed and the towels changed, the rest 3 didn't even come. The management is worth paying attention to this ‼️

Not bad, still in good condition in South Sakhalin. There is a breakfast room and bar on the first floor.

Very satisfied with a stay experience, although the hotel is not big, but the environment is clean and the service is standardized, it is very late when it arrives, the front desk lady is still energetic and caring.

Very comfortable and shower hotel. Rooms are spacious, there is absolutely everything for accommodation including all cosmetic facilities. In the standard we had even a microwave. There were no problems with hot water and stress. The description on trip.com says there is no wi-fi, but it is actually there. Good dense breakfast - eggs, cheese, cut tomato and cucumbers, cheese, cushion every day different, yoghurt, toasts, baking, etc. The location is far from the center, but it is not a problem - you can get to the bus or taxi cheaply. Special thanks to the manager and staff. One of the most soulful hotels in my trips. Everyone told, showed, and even baked a surprise cake and unexpectedly congratulated on your birthday! That's pleasant. Thank you very much, you are good! We will be in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - with pleasure to come to you again!
