The hotel is pretty good, clean and tidy. It's across from a park, but the location is a bit out of the way, and the bed was too small. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious. The front desk staff were professional, and you can always count on a big brand. 😊

The location was a bit further than I expected. It took me about 10 minutes of walking from the nearest tram station, but my luggage were not too heavy so it's not a big problem to me. The price was also affordable and reasonable among most of the hotels I found in Amsterdam. Although it is a little far from central Amsterdam, it's not too complicated to go there using public transport, as you only need to get on one tram and one metro. The room was quite small, but the bed was super large for 2 people, and everything was so clean. I also received good service there even though it was a bit late (11.30pm).

It's near the station, but it needs a long way to go to the center. In the kitchen it was tea and coffee, soap for washing the dishes, sponge. Fridge, microwave. No hairdryer. The floor was not clean. Parking

The hotel is nice and relatively quiet, and parking is free. However, the staff's attitude was just okay. The breakfast was basic, good enough for a quick bite, and the price was cheap. Overall, it's decent.

Overall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service from the airport, with pick-up at Zone A9, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are spacious. It's also easy to get to the city's attractions, and the breakfast spread is excellent.

Hotel was comfortable and good for our overnight stay before an early flight. Used the shuttle bus for the next day which was good. Seems quite far away from the actual airport but all in all a good hotel experience.

This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

There were some inconveniences, like the electricity not working at times and the shower door being incomplete, causing water to spill out. I was told there would be a hairdryer in the room, but there wasn't one. On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful.

What we loved most about the hotel was the spaciousness and the 3 panoramic windows, which made our 3-day, 2-night vacation delightful. The room had a long table, and we utilized the kitchen facilities (basic utensils provided) for all our meals. Due to heavy rain, my partner and I could each find a comfortable spot to relax. It's a highly recommended hotel. On the afternoon of September 9th, the weather cleared up, and renting bicycles from the hotel was very convenient. We paid 24 Euros for two bikes for 3 hours. The bikes were usable, but upon returning, we had to return them to the hotel's underground garage. I couldn't find the doorbell, so I went to the lobby for assistance. The staff member, whose English wasn't great, cleverly used an iPad to point to the surveillance camera footage, and I immediately understood that the doorbell was on the left side upon entering the garage, not at the back.
