Hotels With Parking in Kedah, Malaysia

Check in was smooth since we arrived quite late. We call in advance to inform our eta arrival later than expected due to flight delayed. We got bee building facing the sea. Everything inside the room is clean. Tv channel have astro. Malibest is well known for its location, in the middle busy street Chenang and its hospitality and well clean room! So far it meet my expectation. Just one thing, the hotel parking too limited. Overall, this place will be my favourite place to stay in langkawi sith affordable price.

This hotel is located within a business centre where there are a lot of shops (guardian,7e) restaurants (4fingers, old town, laolao,chagee, yasmin nasi kandar) and a supermarket. Easy to get parking, there is also a basement parking and it is free. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staffs and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern interior design/concept. Bathrooms are clean and big. Big smart tv and Netflix connection is smooth. There is a seating area with tv and a coway machine at the level entrance. Overall satisfied with the experience.

During our stay from September 18 to 22, 2024, the hotel staff called to check on our experience, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, I believe it would be more practical for the hotel to encourage guests to leave feedback via a QR code linked to Google Maps. This would not only make it easier for guests to provide detailed input but also serve as free promotion for the hotel, compared to using a traditional feedback form at checkout.

Spacious, clean & value for money. Walking distance to Amanjaya Mall. Breakfast is good.. will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Alor Star

Wonderful hospitality started at the reception. I would like to commend a frontline staff En Latif who made my day by being so professional in his service. To my surprise, the room was so spacious and clean. Breakfast was good enough for the price paid. Located in town centre made it accessible to most duty free shopping. Grab service was easy. Would definitely recommend to my friends

The ambience and the place was very good , lovely place with the Beach facing backyard was awesome, able to view the sunset . it’s accessible to all places and comfortably located, the breakfast can be much improved with the Indian one which was part of the breakfast Menu where as other ones are as part of the breakfast are awesome.The western ones are really nice.

Stayed here for one night for transit. When the taxi dropped us off, we weren't sure this is the building because it looked so old and seems to be under construction. The lobby was dark and musky, as were the corridors. From outside, it looks like an abandoned building. I didn't feel very safe in the building. The room was old and dated. The furnishing seems to be from the 90s. While the room was big and spacious, the aircon only cooled down half the room and the other half was felt warm and stuff. The bedsheet was stained and spotted and we found some hair as well. For some weird reason, the windows are tinted so even though we had a good view of the street below, it was still very dark in the room. There are definitely other better and newer hotels / rooms on Cenang beach.

Had a fabulous 3D2N stay with my family at the Park Royal Langkawi Resort. Staff were friendly and attended to our needs promptly with a smile. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent and our room was clean, cosy and my daughter loved it. See you next time! :)

Room is spacious and clean. It’s a Muslim hotel hence prayer mat and Al-Quran are provided in the room. Azan is played through the PA system and can be heard from the room which is an added value. Staff are very welcoming. Breathtaking sea view from the balcony, very breezy air and nice ambiance. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Friendly staff , the room is clean , aircond function well . Situated just minutes from Airport Langkawi. Very like . Kids friendly of course

This time is Reality where everyone can visit here, right here this place. Imagineable and heaven made. Beautiful, Miracle, Unbelievable. Overall is amazing and satisfaction. Yes for me. Pool It's open and public we to swim, it's really relaxing and plus music surround the pool, safe. Room Convenience all equipment provides, comfortable bed, fantasy heaven view, love it indeed. It was good but could have been better , the amenities were little old ..that should be worked upon.location and cleanliness wise it was good..the staff was also very helpful. It was a goos stay i can say👍

Hotel was ok since the price was reduced. But it was poorly maintain. The cupboard was chipped, the shower drain was clogged and the towel need to be change. The room a little dark and need to have more lighting. Parking area need to readjust, big car have problem getting into the slot

Once arrived, the hotel have a lot of open parking space, I was welcomed with such friendliness from staff at reception. Check in was fast and easily communicated. The room given to us was great with view of Alor Setar Tower ( Level 8). It was big room, clean and we were satisfied for the money paid. The food at restaurant is great. I would definitely recommended this hotel, since its located at center of town. Its near to the Pekan Rabu Complex. I will stay here again if I were to visit Alor Setar.

We were on ”road trip” around Semenanjung, and somehow tried our luck with AST. To our surprise, the hotel was better than our expectation, especially at the price we paid. We end up extending day after days, and made AST as our ”camp” when we explore Kedah and Perlis :) Do note, this is a business hotel, and we find it good as lodging purpose only. Help us to rest in the night, clean up, while on day time we explore the town/state

Staff are great. They will help guest to bring up the luggage when needed ( hotel doesn't come with lift)

The front desk receptioist welcome guest with pleasent smile and would explain the detail of hotel services.Thus she can introduce various visit places in Alor Star..She done a good work on her task.tq

Place was easy to find. Location's good. There's spa and massage at the hotel and nearby. A pretty chic cafe right next door. Plenty of parking nearby and right infront of the hotel. Room was kinda far from lobby but a fairly good size. Unique open concept for the toilet and showering area so the room looks extra spacious. Surrounding was pretty quiet, perfect for a good night sleep.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.
