The hotel is quite appropriate for business travelers. Centrally located with a solid breakfast to enjoy. It’s also quite quiet given its location. The higher you go the better the view too.

It's a shame the shower is small, the view in my room is good, but maybe some of the staff have difficulty speaking English and are not easy to understand when it comes to payment, otherwise it's ok if you're just staying for a while.

The amenities correspond to the description. absolutely clean. But I didn't like the attitude of the staff towards the guests. Upon arrival, they don’t explain or show anything. During your stay, the staff not only does not say hello, but does not even turn their heads in your direction when you pass by. Such a complete ignore

Great hotel in Battambang. The style of the hotel is unique and rooms are spacious and clean.

The room is large, the breakfast is semi-self-service, it is convenient to call a taxi, there are few restaurants nearby, the environment is quiet, the staff is good, and the price is high.

Well I will start by saying we will be back! We are CNDs semi/retired in Phnom Penh. We needed a break feom the hustle and bustle of the big city and tried this resort. We were greeted with the sweetest most helpful young lady, missed her name, that took great care of us. As we walked passed the pool area and restaurant to our lakeside cabin I knew this was what we needed. It's gorgeous, clean, friendly and gardeners are so busy keeping it all clean but ever so discreetly. It was perfect! We're so happy we've found our escape place! Room 4 lakeside is so private and a deck right at the edge of the pond that has blooming lilies on it. Like a scene from a romantic movie. Thank you reception staff and restaurant staff for a beautiful get-away. We couldn't have asked for more. Oh and the food!! Top notch.

Lovely hotel consisting of a few 2 floor buildings within wild garden and water features. Staff were great and helpful. The food was excellent with a choice of western or Khmer cuisine. The room was large, welcoming and tastefully furnished with good shower/toilet facilities. I would definitely return if the opportunity arose

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it offers everything you need. Clean, well-equipped rooms, a cozy, inviting atmosphere around the pool and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We can definitely recommend the hotel!
