Very nice hotel, clean with good facilities.
We stayed for 1 night only and used the spa in the morning.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly as well.
Nice location and the hotel had a spa out the back that cost only £4 for use of Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and 10m Swimming Pool. Towels were only an extra £1 to hire whilst there so a very reasonable £5 for an afternoon of relaxation.
The hotel itself was pleasant whilst a little dated but this meant large rooms with plenty of space without bumping in to each other when moving around. The shower was in the bath which was reasonable with warm but NOT hot water. The tap on the sink could only be described as explosive when it was turned on and sprayed forward and onto anyone standing in front of the sink unless you did it very gently and only turned on about a 10th of it's full capacity.
This is a lovely hotel! The staff are very friendly and considerate - when I was there I was a solo traveller and they had a wedding on, as I wasn't part of the wedding party they made sure I had a room away from the festivities. The room had a fantastic view and there was no noise from the wedding. There weren't many power sockets but you rarely have everything you want in life! Great stay, I'll definitely return one day.
I came here on the first day of the UK. Horshams is a quiet town. The people here are very rich. The hotel owner is very good to us, especially the hotel's breakfast. After breakfast, I went to the lawn to take a few photos. According to the itinerary, we booked for 4 days and stayed for 3 days. One day, due to going to London, the result could not be cancelled. It is a pity!
Loved my stay at the hotel. Lovely room. Convenient parking. Good gym. Unfortunately the pool was out of use so worth checking before going if that’s important to you. Location is great where so many nice places in walking distance
The environment is very good, close to the beach, breakfast is also very good, the fly in the ointment is a bit biased! Overall it is a great place for family travel! I will stay again next time!
Was impressed with the look, cleanliness, and staff at Raddison Red. Loved the free WiFi always a bonus. A good menu food wise even though I didn’t partake in any food this time round.
My only problem was that my shower tap squirted out from all angles! Shower was still good but may have been better. Funky phones in the room and adequate info throughout

Great hotel however dreadful noise early morning from the building site next door! We arrived in the middle of the night from a flight so really needed to sleep! Not that close to Gatwick either for a middle of the night transfer but there is a shuttle bus during the day . Was offered late check out as an apology but we’d already left.
Perfect location for a very high standard hotel! Price was exceptional for the service and facilities we enjoyed. Breath of fresh air when the rest of the airport is ripping you off constantly!

AAoffy & AndyI stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel was okay.
The room was clean but felt a bit old. It was also quite noisy, as I could hear sounds from other guests, which made it hard to fully relax. On the bright side, the breakfast was great—good variety and quality—and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
There was a small issue with my booking. The restaurant staff told me that my room didn’t include breakfast, even though I was certain it did. I had to go back and speak with the reception to sort it out, which was a bit inconvenient.
Despite that, the stay was generally fine. A few improvements in soundproofing and communication between staff would have made the experience better
HHeidi ButterfillA really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it.
We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel.
The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee!
We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children.
The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome.
We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Highly recommended, thank you very much.
GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and one of the cleaners offered to take one of my suitcases to the elevator for me. The gym was a good size, although the elliptical trainer didn't work; the treadmill was fine. There is adequate space for a few people to do a HITT workout with some limited free weights.
One of the reasons I booked my stay there is because it advertised a sauna and upon arrival I was informed this was the not the case. I was told that this was a *********** issue and that the hotel had never had a sauna. I think it would be a great asset to any hotel. It's the only reason I gave the rating of 4 out of 5 stars for facilities.
The walk to the South terminal was easy and within a 10 minute walk. Coolest vending machine I've ever seen in the lobby of a hotel, just in case you needed some USB cables or international plugs. Such a great idea for a hotel!
I would definitely stay there again.

SSock KhimOne area that can be improved could be the reception can offer choice of early check in with payment when asked about leaving luggage prior to check in time, instead of just replying GBP3 per bag. Otherwise location was great as it really was 4 mins from Gatwick North terminal, food at the bar was good enough. Room was spacious enough too.
JJarumasLove the bath tub. The hotel is close to the airport but a bit confusing as to how to get there.
Basically you need to take shuttle from S (£5) or walk from N. The walk was not far but a but of struggle for a smally figure with big luggages like me. So anyone who might not be strong enough to drag their luggages on the road, I recommend the other premier inn.
Wall doesn't seem to be sound proof, I could hear kids running above me.
KKevinT96Amazing location and super helpful staff. Rooms are affordable but don’t seem cheap at all as the bedding and furniture is high quality and well worth the money my stay cost. The double room also came with a microwave and fridge which I’ve never had at a hotel before especially not such an affordable one. Will be coming back:)
AAnonymous UserThe room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them.
