Hotel is close to airport. You can use public transport every 10 minutes no.10 single is £3 or no.100. Not much around hotel. Hotel has restaurant, but did not used.
At reception are checking in machines. We had little help from Hotel staff Jozef very friendly and helpful.
Room is not big, but comfortable.
We arrived late and departed early for our flight, so didn't used any hotel facilities. I think the price for the stay was reasonable.
Great place and so close to Gatwick, with its own parking. Owners were really friendly and explained everything like how to come in and out with the door code and how we could use the kitchen or order food in and where the nearest pub was. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom neat and shower hot. We had to leave early for our flight so did not have breakfast but had a perfect one night stay there. Thank you
The location is incredibly convenient. From Gatwick's South Terminal, head towards the car park, take the moving walkway, then the elevator to the first floor of the car park. Exit the elevator and follow the corridor straight to the Hilton lobby. I even saw Saudi Airlines crew checking in. The rooms are minimalist and modern, and the staff are efficient and professional. To get into the city, you can take the Gatwick Express or Southern Line train from the terminal, and it's a quick 30-minute ride to London Bridge.
Come to Horsham to visit my son several times, the service is super intimate! There are still people waiting at the store at 7 or 8 in the evening, and the late check-out is also readily agreed, and the time can be arranged freely.
The transportation is super convenient, 3 minutes walk to the town center pedestrian street, 10 minutes to the train station, shopping and travel are convenient.
The only thing to note is that the entrance to the parking lot is narrow and the car is slower. The overall is awesome and it is my preferred accommodation for visiting relatives in Horsham.
Safe car park on arrival, just tap in your car registration at the reception on arrival and pay for your parking. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Free wifi.
Beautiful room. Clean and tidy with coffee and tea making facilities. Lovely complimentary shower and hand wash and shampoo. Comfy bed. Quiet hotel in quiet setting a little away from the main road. Idea location not far from Gatwick airport. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay.
Nice hotel with good large room with all facilities, staff all friendly and helpful, splendid breakfast but dinner menu a little uninspired. Spa area looked good but did not use.
Great hotel however dreadful noise early morning from the building site next door! We arrived in the middle of the night from a flight so really needed to sleep! Not that close to Gatwick either for a middle of the night transfer but there is a shuttle bus during the day . Was offered late check out as an apology but we’d already left.
We had a lovely overnight stay at the Sandman. It was wonderfully clean and quiet. The desk service was very good and they were helpful, noting we would be checking out before breakfast service and offering us a picnic breakfast to take with us. The only downside of this hotel was its isolation which meant you needed to use the restaurant on site. The servers were polite and attentive but the kitchen was incredibly slow, which was very disappointing.
We also tried the pool and gym which were clean and basic.

JJAGXXXNice location and the hotel had a spa out the back that cost only £4 for use of Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and 10m Swimming Pool. Towels were only an extra £1 to hire whilst there so a very reasonable £5 for an afternoon of relaxation.
The hotel itself was pleasant whilst a little dated but this meant large rooms with plenty of space without bumping in to each other when moving around. The shower was in the bath which was reasonable with warm but NOT hot water. The tap on the sink could only be described as explosive when it was turned on and sprayed forward and onto anyone standing in front of the sink unless you did it very gently and only turned on about a 10th of it's full capacity.
KKevin TimlinAmazing stay , always such a positive vibe on arrival and on our extended days .
reception has been superb as well as the breakfast stay in the morning .
Which reminds me to also comment the mouth watering Full English which hit the spot !
Would recommend for family’s and couples , also travellers as it’s great for quick access to town and having the opportunity to enjoy a nice walk around the countryside

AAoffy & AndyI stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel was okay.
The room was clean but felt a bit old. It was also quite noisy, as I could hear sounds from other guests, which made it hard to fully relax. On the bright side, the breakfast was great—good variety and quality—and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
There was a small issue with my booking. The restaurant staff told me that my room didn’t include breakfast, even though I was certain it did. I had to go back and speak with the reception to sort it out, which was a bit inconvenient.
Despite that, the stay was generally fine. A few improvements in soundproofing and communication between staff would have made the experience better
FFlytotheLunaService was good with friendly staff. Room was very old, floor was unevenness, although was clean with nice seaview.
Seagulls doesn't allow to sleep if you stay on the top floor room
HHeidi ButterfillA really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it.
We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel.
The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee!
We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children.
The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome.
We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Highly recommended, thank you very much.
CCarolI had booked a **King room with a bathtub** for one night. When I checked in, it was already very late—around 11 PM. **I had been traveling for over a month, so on my last night, I really needed a room with a bathtub to relax my body.**
However, when we arrived, the front desk guy gave us a **disabled-access room**, which, of course, had **no bathtub**. I thought about asking for a change, but I was **extremely tired**, and it was too late.
The next morning, I called the front desk to ask what had happened. The staff member said it was because they were **overbooked**. **She didn’t apologize and even seemed to blame me, saying I should have asked when I got the key.** She also claimed no other rooms were available at that moment.
I explained that when we took a shower in the disabled-access bathroom, **the water didn’t drain properly**—maybe something was clogged. This made it **dangerous because slipping was a real risk**. After listening, she called back **a minute later**, saying a room was now available and that I could come to the front desk to switch.
I felt **very disappointed** with the service and will **never return**
Also the kettle was very dirty.
GGuest UserThe location is decent and convenient for flights. However, during check-in, the front desk made an error, recording our room as 117 instead of our actual room 41. This led us to go to room 117, open the door and disturb other guests, forcing us to return to the front desk to sort out the confusion.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to Gatwick Airport's North Terminal, making its location extremely convenient. It was perfect for catching an early morning flight or for a last-night stopover before departing the UK. Traveling as two adults and one child, we booked a family room. The room wasn't particularly spacious; in fact, it felt a bit cramped. It had one large bed and a sofa bed, and we found the beds quite comfortable. Although the room was small, the cleanliness and overall hygiene were decent. Self check-in and check-out were available. We would definitely consider staying here again if we need to catch a flight from this airport in the future.
