The hotel is conveniently located, near Namba Metro Station and right opposite the popular Dotombori Street. Similar to other Sotetsu hotels, they provide a comprehensive set of skincare, including cream and sunscreen. The soundproofing of the room is not great though; there were some inconsiderate guests who were making noise in the corridors late at late and we were woken up by them.

Hotel location is only a 10 mins walk to the nearest train station. 5 mins away from airport express bus to Kansai International Airport. Very convenient. Dotonbori is just a stone throw away.  Clean room when we arrived and provide clean towels daily too.

Location is ideal if you want to be surrounded by eateries and shopping. It’s quite a walk from Namba station (take B20 exit if you need the elevator to the metro at level BM - it’s located inside the mall next to the B20 exit) and quite noisy at night as it’s just opposite nightclubs and pubs. Not unusual to hear ambulance siren and drunkards shouting in the middle of the night. Full room cleaning is only done once every four days (you choose which date you want it to be done) but towels are changed every day. Only 2 pillows are provided for my twin bed so got to request for more. No restaurants in the hotel, but there’s sandwiches for sale at the lobby after 7am every day. No seats at the lobby for you to rest or wait, and luggage are stored in an open corner next to the entrance (security may be a concern). This hotel does not do luggage transfer but the 7-11 next to it does (though they may reject you if they have no storage space). Giving one more star for service as the service staff kindly obliged to my request to fill out the luggage transfer form for me in Japanese. Other than that, we didn’t really enjoy our stay due to the reasons above.

Odysis Suites Osaka is by far the most convenient airport hotel I’ve stayed because it is located adjacent to JR Rinku Town Station and just a 10 to 15-minute walk from Rinku Premium Outlets. TRIAL, which is a 24/7 supermarket is just beside the hotel and a 5-minute walk away. We were able to eat delicious and unlimited yakiniku at One Karubi. Family Mart is just across the hotel. They also provided a bus transfer to KIX which saved us a lot of effort of going to the airport on our own. Will definitely book this hotel again if I ever happen to exit via KIX.

Very good hotel with good location, make it very convenient for food, near the USJ Park with plant choice of restaurants around, there are aso convenience shop Lawson available. Great hotel!!

This was my second time staying at Holiday Inn Namba. The first stay was great - bright and clean room which looked newly renovated. This time the room was entirely opposite. It was dark and feels dirty - stains on the wall in various parts of the room. Carpet and furniture was old. Then there was a day when the housekeeping didn’t come by and I called for top up of the bathroom amenities. I was asked to pick up these myself from front desk. Not a big deal but was annoyed since this was due to them not doing housekeeping at no fault of mine.

This hotel is super crowded. There are people sitting around at the lobby most of the time. Had a 'live' laundry update on the room tv, but it's not accurate. Had a spa/bath for hotel guests. Many washing machines available.

We stayed a total of 7 nights. Room size is decent for Japan. Staff is friendly and helpful. They can also converse in English, Mandarin, Korean. Breakfast menu repeats itself everyday so don't expect much variety. It is thoughtful of the hotel to provide all the free food/drinks and free events, can see everyone enjoying them 👏🏼 Be expected to face large crowd as the hotel takes in tour groups and really many Koreans!!! Just a feedback that housekeeping can be improved as not sure if our room floor is vacuumed or mopped cos we stayed 7 nights there. Also stains on the toilet mirror were not wiped away and I had to do it. 😔 Suggestions to watch out and improve. Lovely view of city and 通天阁 and we get to see sunrise from our 17th floor hotel room too! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we may go back if we travel to Osaka again 😀👍🏻

Convenient to get to after an evening flight as the hotel provides shuttle bus service from Kansai International Airport. For a 3 bed room, the room was sufficiently large and was comfortable for all to stay in. Staff were also very considerate in allowing us to have rooms on the same floor, which made our rooms close to one another for ease of accessibility. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed at Hotel Monterey Osaka with my kids and had a great experience. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, making check-in smooth and assisting with any questions we had.The hotel's location is excellent, close to public transportation, shopping areas, and dining options, making it convenient for families traveling with children. The European-style decor gives the hotel a unique charm, adding to the overall pleasant stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for our needs. While the facilities may not be the newest, everything was well-maintained and functional. Overall, a great choice for families looking for a well-located hotel with friendly service in Osaka. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Very good location where it is the transport hub that connects to many lines and can bring you to many places within Osaka. Fast check in and check out using the machines. Highly recommended. This is my second time staying here.

Location is very very good and their laundry room even has vacuum machine for guest to use Room is big compare to other hotels that I stayed in Japan. There is lounge for guest to have free drink and snacks with comfortable seats We will definitely stay here if come back to Osaka!

Booked 4 nights here, I enjoyed the sunset from my room window. The view on the 20th floor is stunning, and the open sky view on the 21st floor is completely breathtaking! This hotel is one station away from the Kansai (KIX) Airport, and it is good for your final stop just before a flight home because the RINKU PREMIUM OUTLET is just 15 mins walk frm hotel! However, if u wish to explore Tokyo,Kyoto, Nara, the travel distance is really far . This hotel has a spa bath too but my sister and I didn't have time to experience it. Lawson convenience store is located at hotel lobby an another bigger one is just by the Rinku Town station. To get to the hotel, alight at Rinku Town station, take exit 5 . Check-in is strictly only at 15:00 hrs NO exception at all, regardless you're travelling with an elderly OR a pregnant lady. (I saw these guests waited at the lobby together with me and was thinking, why would the hotel make the guests gather and accumulate rather than assign them into any of the rooms available given their priority/ needs ) If one needs to check in earlier than 3pm, an hourly charge of 1220 ¥en is required. Hotel operates with an auto check-in system via the kiosk at lobby. I would probably stay again next time if I travel to Japan with my spouse, but would only book 2 nights at most. (Just to conveniently shop at Rinku Premium store/get to the airport) Daily room rate is quite expensive 😅

my flight from seoul to osaka was delayed by 2.5 hours, and public transport wouldn’t have brought me to my share house in the middle of the night, so i opted for the first cabin which was located directly at the airport. i’ve never been to japan before, so finding it was a BIT difficult, but i managed just fine. the staff was super nice, very friendly and welcoming. i was directly brought to my room, given free toiletries, wifi access, and a charger for my electronics. the cleanliness of the cabins (especially the bathroom!) was amazing. it was my first time in a japanese bathroom and it completely exceeded my expectations. the shower was probably the best shower of my life — super soft, clean, and just amazing — and the products provided smelled really good. it was super quiet for the whole time, which was very appreciated. the staff also spoke english so i could ask for anything anytime. the few things i’d criticise personally: - the cabin wasn’t really private. it had a curtain that you could roll down, but not all the way. the cabins are placed directly next to each other, so there was no option to speak to someone on the phone while in bed. the bed took up the whole cabin, so you couldn’t fit in your luggage, but there was a separate space for that. i think it still was very nice, because there was a lounge area where you could get food or drinks and call your relatives. the cabin area was strictly quiet. - on trip.com i paid about $59(?), and on the site directly it’d have cost me about $70. for a single night with just a bed and half privacy… i think both offers are a bit pricey for one night but it was fine. overall 8/10

I saw many great reviews about this hotel from service to location and I can say, I have no complaints except for compliments! The location is fantastic and you can literally walk into the hotel from the station. In addition, the view from my 41st floor is great! Located next to the hotel, there is a huge Cosme store where you can load up your beauty products before flying. In less than 8 min walk, you'll reached Rinkyu Premium outlet. Shop till you drop! I highly recommend this hotel. Despite it being a bit old, the cleanliness is top notch too.

We chose this hotel for our late-night arrival at Osaka Kansai Airport, and it did not disappoint. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by two adorable dinosaur robots, which added a fun touch to our experience. The self-check-in process was efficient and smooth. Our room offered a stunning sea view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen was fantastic, although I do wish it had longer operating hours, as it closed at midnight. The buffet breakfast was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ocean view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay even though the hotel is not near any train station! Very nice and good value , super good location just in front of Izumisano station which is 2 stops from Kansai . Room a bit small but that’s normal in Japan Public bath is very good , one indoor and the other outdoor . Steam room also provided . There are many amenities provided in the lobby and I must say they are the best I ever see compare with other hotels . Free coffee n cold drink available in the lobby . Everything is good especially compare with the price just unbeatable , will book Again

Old and rundown hotel with stains in the toilet and a musty smell in the small room. But we were just staying the night before catching our flight so it was bearable. Location is great, short walk away from train station and shops. Also, pyjamas were provided to our pleasant surprise.

Clean and spacious! Love the public bath and the product they use is Pola! It’s about 1km away from the train station. Don’t miss the sunset at Osaka bay. It’s beautiful.

Aside from having to walk 10mins away from the station, I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. At first I wasn't sure due to some complaints in the reviews but in the end I really loved staying here! There's a food mall just 2 mins walk away, the staff is very kind and welcoming, the room is cozy and spacious, it was very clean and comfortable and they provided us PJs and clean towels, although the bathroom is slightly small but it didn't bother us at all and loved using the bathtub provided. We stayed here because its just a 20min ride to the airport by subway and i'd definitely stay here again if given the chance!

We stayed for the night before our early flight. The room is great, everything looks so clean. They even had a small gift for kids: toothpaste, toothbrush and slipers. And two small pijamas ready for them. Very cute.

If you're traveling and have booked a hotel far from the airport, don't worry—Hotel 11 in Tajiri Town, Osaka Prefecture, is the perfect choice. It’s conveniently located near both the train station and the airport. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the station, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. However, if you're carrying a large, heavy suitcase, the rough path might be challenging, but you can easily take a taxi. The hotel itself is spacious, quiet, and clean, offering a comfortable bed with high-quality bedding for a restful stay. It also provides excellent facilities and toiletries. Additionally, it offers a reasonable price for your stay. If you have an early flight, the friendly and helpful reception staff will gladly assist, including arranging a taxi and communicating in English to ensure a stress-free experience.

It is a 3/4 minute walk north from the east exit of JR Kumatori Station. The service is very warm and the breakfast is very good, which exceeds the expectations of such a business hotel. There is an artificial hot spring on the second floor of the hotel, which is very good. There are free drinks from 18:00 to 20:00 in the evening, and welcome tea powder. Will stay again.

In fact, it is a love hotel in Japan, but the location is very remote, there are no mountains in front, no shops in the back, it is very inconvenient without a private car, and local taxis are not easy to find. The waiters are generally not at the front desk, and they are all contacted by phone, and there is no need to open the door for food delivery, as there is a food delivery port. The attitude of the service staff was still very good. When I learned that I had to catch a plane and couldn't hail a taxi, the clerk shifted over at 9:00 a.m. and took me directly to the subway station after the shift. But there is Misaki Park nearby, the coastline is beautiful, walk for 1 hour.

The hotel is easy to find but the location is a bit remote. Check-in was not clear where to go and what the process was. We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers. The bathroom was quite cold so it ****** to take a shower but the water was hot

Very satisfied, the room is very clean, the front desk lady is also very kind, the room is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, I feel the love of the staff, the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my stay in Japan, the hotel may not have many guests that day, the hotel car also personally went to the station to pick up, I really felt the Japanese heartfelt service

The air conditioner sounds loud. I didn’t sleep well one night.
