To be honest, holiday inn has been quite disappointing these few years. This was my least favourite hotel amongst the ones I’ve stayed at in Japan. Service was good and they allowed us to check in earlier as the rooms were ready. But the rooms were really a tight squeeze, charging points were not in very accessible locations, lights were super dark and bad for getting ready, water kept getting clogged in the bathtub coz the flow was so slow…. But the good thing is that it’s in a very good location as many places were within walking distance. Though this can be a bad point as well if you’re staying on the lower floors as it can get quite noisy if you’re facing the streets. Which is what happened for my other room.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offered a phenomenal location along with beyond satisfactory amenities. To start, I must mention that the room was more spacious than some of the other hotels I have been to. The bathroom was clean and well furnished and I had no trouble controlling the temperature in the room or the shower. In addition, their breakfast, served buffet style, was rather satisfactory. Primarily, the buffet was split into two broad categories of ”Western” and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese side offered classics such as udon, rice, miso soup, and tofu, while the ”Western” side offered an assortment of breads, corn soup, and pancakes. I say Western with quotation marks as I would imagine most people from Europe or North America would consider the fares offered a far cry from that which they are familiar. Besides that, it is also worth noting that the buffet would cycle between multiple different options on a daily basis to prevent people staying multiple days from getting bored of consuming the same dishes daily. Other than the hotel's facilities, it is also important to draw attention to the location of the hotel. The hotel has a wide array of different restaurants to visit and is located close to both Dotonbori and the subway. This subway is rather convenient as it offers easy access to most areas of interest in Osaka. It is also imperative for me to mention here that there is a convenience store located basically next to the hotel which is, as the name would suggest, quite convenient. In addition, for those who are into anime, the hotel is walking distance fron Dendenmachi. Overall the experience was pleasant. The only issue if I had to say was that there was a high density of people in the hotels vicinity. This issue is further exacerbated on holidays, but this should only pose an issue to some people.

The location is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, and with amenities that you can be hassle free. They have a comnon area equipped with microwave and provide free flow of drinks, such as coffee, tea & soft drinks... etc., which is excellent! They serve ramen at reasonable price up to 21:00, love it!

The combination of serene waters and the distant city skyline created a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding after a long journey. **Exquisite Breakfast** Breakfast was an absolute highlight of my stay. The buffet offered a lavish selection of both local and international cuisines. From delectable pastries to traditional Japanese dishes like sushi and miso soup, there was an impressive variety to choose from. The made-to-order omelets were a standout, fluffy and bursting with flavor, while the fresh fruits and high-quality coffee rounded out a perfect meal. Dining in the bright, inviting restaurant with views of the bay made the experience even more enjoyable. **Unique Shared Tower** The hotel features a distinctive architectural design, sharing a tower with another luxury hotel. This unique arrangement allows guests to access shared amenities, including a stunning rooftop lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The rooftop area, in particular, was a fantastic place to relax, offering spectacular views and a peaceful ambiance.

We booked a 3-bedroom and was given a smoking room. Really bad smell for us non-smokers and could barely sleep at night. Asked front desk if we can change to non-smoking and could only change the room for us on our 3rd night. Hotel staff was friendly but not too fluent in English. Location is good and walkable distance to dotonburi and shinsaibashi.

Good location to-and-fro Kansai Airport. Furthermore the hotel provides free shuttle bus service. If you miss the shuttle bus, we could take the train between the airport and the hotel. The train ride is very convenient even for first-timer. Walking distance from the hotel to the mall, premium outlet & variety of restaurants.

The location is near Ebisucho Station and it is not very close to the station, but it is not bad from Nihonbashi and is clean first. And there is a very open feeling. There is a garden on the roof overlooking Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, and the large communal bath is an annex and is large and substantial. I'm glad that the massage chair is free. And there is an all-in-one cream at the front desk, and the amenities are subdivided and substantial. The toilet is large and the breakfast buffet has a seafood bowl until 8:00. 10:00-22:00 All-you-can-drink draft beer. This service is too amazing recently. The level as a hotel is the highest level and feels luxurious when it is a business trip. It will be suitable for travel. It's wonderful to write out everything that is not enough in the hotel and do everything. I think you narrowed your wisdom a lot. It's a great word that it's not expensive at this level.

5 minutes walk to Shinsaibaishi metro station and the main commercial area. Very close indeed and a good walk. Hotel was generally clean, tidy, decent. Rooms were small but expected of in Osaka. We actually felt fortunate to be given a disabled room since the room was much more spacious and the bathroom was extra large. Service was good at the reception and breakfast provided a sufficient selection. Downside is this is really not the type of hotel where you would feel you are able to truly relax and wind down, consider it more like a family-type, bnb stay. Simple and plain, right for its purpose for a comfortable bed and shelter to rest. We only stayed a night there but I would probably only be able to spend 2 nights at max.

The best thing about Tokyu Stay was its location right next to the metro and also its en suite washing machine. The hotel doesn’t clean your room daily if you book it for 7 days or more. So for my 10 day trip, they only cleaned it once, which wasn’t great. The rest of the days only had changes in towels.  Also the housekeeping was not very attentive. I had 3 people staying in the room and only had 2 towels (I had an infant with me). And every day when replacing the towels they only gave me two, for 10 days straight even when I asked housekeeping for an additional towel every single day. This lack of initiative isn’t great either.  Overall, it is cheap for its location and also for its amenities (the washing machine). Besides that, the service and housekeeping isn’t top class but given the price, nothing much to complain.

The hotel is well situated but not that well, now that I have been in Osaka several times, it's actually more practical to be around Namba. The rooms are clean but the carpet could have been cleaner. The personal speaks good english, a + in japan. However, they only clean your room until 1:30 pm, way too early when you consider that in Summer time it's 36 degree outside with 90% humidity. Many people start their day at 3-4 pm to avoid the sun. they should clean the room later than 2pm at least upon 5pm. As a result, my room was never cleaned in 4 days... The gym is ok but why don't hey had dumbbells for the training ?! the room is big enough.

The rooftop open-air bath was the best! ! The temperature range of the hot water is not too hot, making it perfect for long baths. Sauna was also attached, so satisfaction was even higher! It is completely different from the usual business hotel in the city. Breakfast is also buffet style, so you can eat as much as you like. It was also nice to be able to stay very cheaply during the corona period. Recently, it has been used as the Corona Hotel, so it was not open to the general public, but when it becomes possible to stay normally again, I definitely want to go there!

We did not expect the room is so small. The website mentioned it has approximately 200 sq ft. Actually the room cannot fit 4 pieces of luggage. We put 2 luggage into the room, the door cannot be closed. The other 2 is outside the room. I have no choice to pay additional HK$ 600 to upgrade to a bigger room. If you have 1 piece of luggage, then this hotel is pretty good for shopping at the outlet. Just a few minutes walk. Lawson at the station or the one at the hotel lobby is very convienence. The public hot bath is a bonus. The first time to try the electric hot bath. It cure my knee pain. Wonderful!

As we take early flight, we select this hotel because they provide free shuttle bus from hotel to the Kansai airport in the early morning time. Location is prefect. It is connected to the JR Station with clear indication. It is convenient to Shopping lovers as it is closed to Rinku Town outlet and Trial. My room is at 46/F with super nice view.

Clean room, quiet environment. However, when the other traveler get to their rooms and pull their shutters, it can be very noisy and disrupt your sleep. The 'hotel' is located in T1, so if you arrived in T2, you need to take a shuttle bus to get to T1, walking would be impossible with luggage. Check out time is 10am, so if you arrived very late in the night, you will not be able to sleep in. This is still a better option than those surrounding hotels within a train ride away for those arriving late and train service has stopped.

Book this hotel as my flight is in the early morning. The room is small but good enough for one night stay. The is a public bath in the hotel and is quite crowded when I went. The hairdryer in female bath is dyson

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

Clean and good for short stay before heading to the airport. the hotel is around 10 minutes walk from a station which is one station away from Kenai airport. Hotel is close to a main road which might have some noise at night but overall decent stay.

２３ I made a reservation on the day and used it. It is a place close to Izumisano Station and easy to understand. There is no convenience store nearby, so convenience stores at the station are essential. There is old, but the futon is comfortable and yukata is also prepared. It was quiet around the night.

The boss is very friendly and will answer questions patiently. The room is quite tidy. But when I opened the cabinet, a cockroach crawled out, which shocked me. It takes about ten minutes to walk from Ihara to the hotel, and there are several stairs in the hotel. There are also good restaurants a short walk nearby. There is a bathhouse and coin-operated washing machines. Overall, this hotel is not bad if you have a late flight to Kansai Airport.

Location is perfect, just next to the airport. Best choice for arriving late or super early flight the next day. Hotel bit old but overall condition is if you only look for a comfy bed to have some sleep.

There are Chinese-speaking staff and Japanese guys at the front desk, which are super nice. The room is spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet. It is more than 10 minutes' drive from the airport, so it is very convenient to drive. There is a tram station 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. You can take one stop to Izumisano and transfer to the airport, which is also very fast. In short, it was an unexpected experience.

If you want to save time by car to Kansai Airport, staying one night is a good choice. The hotel is located at the east exit of Kumagori Station. Take the elevator and there is a tourist agency on the left. Walk for 4 minutes on this straight road. Turn right at the corner and you will see the hotel 100 meters away. The Super brand is great because you can use the password to open a room, and you can get free moisturizer and facial mask. There is a barbecue restaurant next to it, which is great. There are also coffee shops and second-hand shops nearby. If you continue walking, you will arrive at the Seria 100 yen store within 10 minutes. There is also a large supermarket and a mandala that sells home appliances. In short, the area has all kinds of places for local retired people to live, and there are many nursing homes. But outlets may not be close.

In fact, it is a Japanese lover's hotel, but the location is very remote, there is no mountain in front, no store in the back, no private car is very inconvenient, local taxis are not easy to find. The waiter is generally not at the front desk, the contact is by phone, the meal delivery is not required to open the door, there is a meal delivery mouth. The attitude of the service staff was still very good. I learned that I was going to catch a plane and couldn't call a taxi. The clerk handed over the shift at 9 o'clock in the morning and sent me directly to the subway station after the shift. But there is a みさき park nearby, the coastline is beautiful, walk for an hour.

Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. It should be said that the rooms are quite small, however the cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. I would recommend N Gate to all as a great introduction to the Japanese people.
