We used it for event participation at Okayama Convention Center. It is directly connected to Okayama Station and it is very easy to move. It is also convenient to Okayama Convention Center. I think it depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed this time was able to see the platform of Okayama Station from the room, so I think that is also attractive for those who like trains. There are many restaurants in the station building of Okayama Station and there is no inconvenience in eating. It is a very recommended hotel for those who have a business at the Convention Center since early morning at Okayama Station late at night.

Three railway stations between the JR Okayama, this hotel locates in a quiet zone near by the Okayama castle. As most kinds of business hotels, digital and automatic protocols run smoothly. There are also some good and small restaurants in the nearby community and even a local shopping street. This is the cheapest hotel I ever lived during travel but still have relatively good quality.

The cost performance is excellent. Dinner, breakfast and a large public bath are included. This price is a bargain! The daily set menu for dinner and the breakfast buffet are not bad. A towel set for the morning bath was also provided at the front desk.

2 mins walk to JR Station Supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants and anything you want can be reached in 5 minutes. Perfect location Nice Staff Just perfect!!

The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.

The rooms and bathrooms are all clean and very satisfying. The whole family was comfortable with a large size that could afford to put an extra bed. There were plenty of amenities to choose from, and it was a very grateful consideration for us who forgot our toothbrushes. Our favorite is breakfast. Thank you for the variety and delicious breakfast ♪ The miso soup was very delicious. It is very close to my son's school and is very convenient in front of me at a big supermarket. I will use it again. Thank you.

We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

Every time I come to Okayama, I choose a hotel that is close to the station and convenient for Shinkansen travel. Okayama Airport now has more flights to Shanghai, and the airport bus station is directly opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient. The room window has a view of Okayama City. This hotel is located at the edge of the arcade town on the south side of Kurashiki Station. It is also close to the Bikan district. The lobby floor next to the reception is large and there are many sofas, so you can spend a relaxing time checking maps before and after going out and taking a break. There is a small bath on the top floor, not a large bath, and the breakfast buffet venue ”view lounge” is open from 3:00 to 12:00. You can drink various drinks from coffee makers for free and take them back to your room. Centurion Hotel & Spa Kurashiki Station Wow, can they do rooms any smaller? I doubt they can! Superior Queen, more like Sub-par roomelet! 😰😰😰 Bathroom is for teenagers up to 16 years, but smaller size! Hot water flow, extremely slow, takes 30-45 minutes to fill bathtub Desk is what you give a 10 year old, bed is for vertically handicapped! Closet, none existing, Minibar fridge, didn’t even know they make such small size? Plus cooling, NOT cold Hotel elevator sign says, only 1 elevator, and NO STAIRCASE! Good luck in emergency Carpark, not available, but not entirely bad, 80 m walk, and covered, little discount by hotel WiFi, a little wonky & not too fast, sad in todays time & age, actually went off line twice within an hour! Really poor Ok, update, I formed Rezeption and they gave a Mobile WiFi router, must give them a 100 points for acknowledging the issue & being proactive! 👍🏻 With so many negatives and some positives, it’s only fair to highlight the amazing & friendly attitude of the Hotel Staff, they are giving their best with the product the have! Kudos to them! Breakfast, not bad, quite fresh, but all melanin and/or plastic except coffee cups!

It was a room on the 6th floor, so it was nice to have a good view of the surrounding scenery, but it was just a rural landscape. The room was spacious enough, and it was good that the unit bath had a slightly larger bathtub. Also, it was good that the large public bath on the 1st floor was also a hot spring. Breakfast was included, but it was a buffet. I was made to wear vinyl gloves. In addition, when I tried to move to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter the next day, it was quite far away and not very suitable for sightseeing.

My husband and I chose the Uno Hotel because we wanted easy access to the art islands in the Seto Inland Sea. Hotel is a 3 or 4 minute easy walk to Uno Port which is the gateway to those islands. And ferry ride only about 15 minutes one-way. We expected the art islands to be great but this is a new hotel so we took a chance. Wow, what a wonderful experience on every level; the room, hotel team, restaurant, and the food was exceptional. The Uno Hotel is also within a 1 minute walk to a building which houses Onsen (hot springs baths and spa) and a Japanese restaurant, which they also own. (We did not have time to explore those but heard great things.) I could rave about the restaurant in the hotel called “Bluno” for days….we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners there - each superb with great attention-to-detail. A special treat was meeting restaurant manager Mr. Aran Teruo Pascual. He was kind, professional and personally makes one want to return in addition to the food and contemporary bright setting. The front desk team is warm, welcoming and attentive. When making a reservation I noticed there are multiple hotels or inns that have the name “Uno” in it so my suggestion is that you note that it is the Uno Hotel. I recommend higher floor on the water side, the hotel is not on the water, but lovely view. We look forward to returning.

We happened to be here on a japan national holiday so the hotel was very crowded. Including the onsen. Overcrowded. But the staff was polite and patient. The onsen also provides many toiletries including face scrub and foot scrubber. Able to see nice sunset if u book a room with sea view

I had kind of an odd but fun stay at Setonite, for a night stopover before heading to Naoshima. To start, I called the hotel to see if they had any space for the night, and they told me that they’re fully booked. But when I looked online, I saw rooms available, so I thought, ok, I’ll just book online, maybe it was a language barrier thing. In reality, they probably just didn’t want to deal with the stress of an English speaking guest given their English is very limited, and, at least when I was there, all of the other clientele were locals. When I got there and explained I had booked online, it appeared to cause a little mayhem, as they ran around trying to make it work. I did have to wait a while to get taken to my room, but somehow the staff seemed so nice and good natured that I couldn’t bring myself to be bothered by it. The room was a sort of glamping-style experience, serviceable but fairly basic, and I will say the guest area while nice is not quite as appealing as in the photos. It did come with a fairly stern set of rules in a laminated piece of paper, including “bedtime is 10pm!” Communicating with the staff became such a production, through non-stop use of Google translate, that the staff and I couldn’t help but laugh about it. And overall, I felt the staff were easily the best thing about the hotel - they all seemed like they were good friends with one another, a bunch of young and friendly locals that were both having fun and attending to the guests at the same time. The campfire at night (with marsh mallows provided by the hotel) was a nice touch to the experience. They made me feel at home, and I’m very grateful for their hospitality.
