This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

We stayed in the hotel for one night while passing through. The comfort of the bed was definitely a positive. Overall, the room and the service were very good. Drivers to the city, etc. were ordered. However, there were also misunderstandings regarding the shuttle. The staff's English was sometimes very difficult to understand. We found the restaurant below average. A lot of it was sold out and this could not be clarified in advance. The waiter tried very hard, but had to ask for each new choice. The food itself was also mediocre. The spa area was below average. The staff tried very hard, but the massage room was not inviting to relax and was poorly designed. The shower in the room dripped the whole time. The fitness center was OK because there were lots of dumbbells. Both were rather out of the way. The pool was nice. However, the showers by the pool were broken.

An old-fashioned hotel management company, the breakfast is 6-10 o'clock, and the breakfast is good. It's really great to watch the sea while eating outdoors. The only downside is that the speed of WiFi is relatively slow. I use 4G for the whole process. The speed is very fast. Didn't go to the gym. When using Grab to take a taxi in the lobby, the check-in location should be the lobby at the back.

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

Breakfast is really bad! Breakfast at 140,000 is not as good as 30,000
