The best location. Alot of shopping mall within walking distance. There is a small convenience store at the lobby of the hotel, which is a plus point. The spa located within the hotel was a great addition also. I had a good massage at the spa. Breakfast was OK-OK.. we stayed in a 3bedder rooms. Huge space. Individual room was spacious too.. ample space for our luggage & praying space. Each bath room has hair & body shampoo. All is good. I am satisfied with my stay.

The hotel was difficult to find until I came to the trip reviews section and read other peoples experiences. It's not very well signed so was problematic. Upon finding it though I was pleasently surprised. Room was nice, clean and big. Unfortunately the TV did not work but I wasn't there much anyway, there was a nice few from rooftop garden as seen my pics

Review: 5-Star Hotel Stay – Mixed Experience. I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel Aug 2025, which, despite its grandeur, is showing its age at nearly a decade old. The property retains an elegant charm, but certain aspects left me with mixed feelings. Room and Cleanliness: The room was impressively spacious, a highlight of the stay, with a bit old decor and ample space to relax. However, the cleanliness was average at best. While the surfaces appeared tidy, there were noticeable signs of wear, and the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke was a major downside. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com and reiterated this during check-in, but was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available. As a gesture, the staff upgraded me to a higher-tier room, which I appreciated, but the cigarette odor was still strong, lingering in both the room and the hotel corridors. This was particularly disappointing for a 5-star property. Service Issue: To address the smoke smell, I called room service to request an air freshener. After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I had to call again. The second time, the staff promptly delivered it, which helped slightly, but the experience felt inconsistent with the hotel’s luxury branding. Amenities: On a positive note, the breakfast was exceptional—diverse, mix of local and International cuisine. The swimming pool was another highlight, well-maintained, and a relaxing spot to unwind with an indoor and outdoor scenic view. Overall: While the spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, and nice pool were highlights, the cigarette smell and inconsistent service detracted from the experience. For a 5-star hotel, I expected better attention to cleanliness and guest requests. I’d recommend this hotel for its amenities but urge management to address the smoking issue and improve service responsiveness to truly meet 5-star standards. Rating: 3.5/5

Staying at Holiday Inn Suites Jakarta was such a fantastic experience—easily one of the highlights of my trip! First off, the location is super convenient. Stayed here for a night after a big mess at one of our airbnb. Booked the apartment at 1130pm. When we arrived an hour later, the reception was ready to serve us at midnight. Check in was efficient and smooth. The apartment was clean and spacious. If I have 1 thing to comment, it would be the fan for the aircond. The sound of the fan was a bit too loud as I was a light sleeper. The apartment was very near halim station which makes it very convenient to bandung via whoosh and need not worry about the traffic jam in the morning.

We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Ashley Tanah Abang. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, making us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Not to mention the free capsules for the in-room coffee machine was very interesting and we loved it. The breakfast spread was slightly repetitive, but the food quality was good, so no complaints there. Great location and value for money — would happily stay again!

The good: The huge rooms , samsung tv with seamless connection and fast internet speed allowing multiple devices. The bath tub and direct access to mall. The staff are so friendly, as they greet and have a nice smile or small talk. Very good english so no issue for communication. Easy to have taxi as they have bluebird taxi on standby. The bad : The breakfast food was disappointing for family with kid so we did not go back after first day. For business traveller who needs a bite and go, it will suffice. Not for long-term stay. The ascott reward point system was bad - it was a week after we check out.. i finally sign up but don't see my stay, so i email and hope that support team can have this first past reservation added. During stay, I had to let plumbing come in to fix an issue with a leak for lower floor - amazingly it happen when we have not even used the bath tub. The fix took an hour plus. Request happen at 4 pm and we are at home. Swimming pool (1.2metre for adult pool) is okay for kids - at least a toddler pool but no slides. Conclusion: Enjoy the hotel access to shopping mall, availability of large food choices on delivery app and posh feeling - so will still recommend.

The front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again ..

Efficient & friendly check in and out at Receptions. Big comfortable room with nice facilities - kitchen, laundry, separate laege bedroom. Clean and well maintained. Tasty breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food and drink options. Nice dining environment, good customer service. Fitness room at level 47 has reasonable range of equipment and free weights, treadmills, and great view.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit during a business trip and overall found it to be a convenient and well‑priced option. The location is excellent—it’s literally above Emporium Pluit Mall, offering endless dining and retail choices right downstairs. The staff were courteous and efficient, from reception to breakfast service.
