Pleasant and Comfortable Stay I was very satisfied with my stay at Novotel Banjarmasin Airport. This hotel is an excellent choice, whether for business or family holidays. Some of the things I liked most: - Strategic Location: It's very close to Syamsudin Noor International Airport, which made getting around incredibly convenient. - Excellent Service: The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality made the hotel feel warm and welcoming. - Complete Facilities: The room provided was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Supporting facilities like the spacious and aesthetic swimming pool are perfect for relaxing with family, especially for children. - Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of choices and tasted absolutely delicious. One of my bookings was on a wrong date. The registration counter is so accommodative and helpful. He helped cancelling the wrong one and then making a new booking. AND the refund came within 2 days. Owesome

Stayed at Favehotel Banjarbaru for a quick two-night business trip. The garden setting was lovely, and the pool area offered a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are simple but comfortable—air‑conditioned, clean linens, coffee/tea station, and daily housekeeping. The airport shuttle and free parking were convenient extras. On the downside, service felt inconsistent when checking in—staff seemed overwhelmed—and breakfast service could be slow. While the overall value is good, cleanliness in some rooms and overall responsiveness of staff felt below expectations at times. Perfect for a budget‑friendly stay near the airport or shopping—it’s just fine for a short stay, but service and upkeep could use a boost for a more seamless experience.

Very recommended place which is not too crowded so it makes you calm, and the room is spacious

The facilities are lacking, even though the price is more or less the same as the others, but the facilities provided are lacking, there is no kettle to boil water, and there is only 1 towel and other facilities too.

First time staying at an airport hotel with the kids, our flight was the next morning. It was safe, we slept soundly, and the kids were happy.

At first I was a little hesitant because I saw the reviews, but after trying to stay for 1 night, it turned out to exceed expectations, so don't hesitate to stay here, check in and check out is super simple, no hassle, as long as you have an ID card (KTP or something), the rooms are quite clean, the service very friendly and polite, the car/motorbike parking area is spacious, free and safe, there is a fence/security guard, there is a shared ATM, there is no noise so it's really nice to rest, ordering via the application happens to get another discount promo, next time I will definitely stop by and stay here again ....tks.

The hotel was very comfortable. Parking was easily accessible. The facilities were good, but the hot water didn't work properly.

The hotel is at a strategic location and it is near wherever we need to be to find our delicious food to eat. The hotel is so clean and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Will recommend this place to friends if they ever visit Banjarmasin!
