Didn't know what to expect, I booked one night. Boy, how regretful I was. Wish I stayed longer. Bed & pillow were super comfortable. And the surprise? BOLSTER...! I immediately feel at home & indeed, I slept like baby. AC was okay, but the hot water pressure was consistently great, and it made my ritual of hot shower before going to bed perfectly kept. One thing I noticed is how the attention to detail is given to ensure the cleanliness is kept around the clock. 4 times I went to the public toilet and the seat is ALWAYS dry and clean. Yes, I have an serious case of OCD & yet I can't fault the cleanliness. Although a bit dark in Reception desk, Putri the receptionist is always eager to assist. The others need to learn from her professional hospitality attitude. Lobby is small but functional. The Hall meeting room is spacious. My meeting arrangement was easily accommodated and professionally well taken care of by Freshi Moreno. A big thank you for extending your flexibility toward my changing meeting arrangement need. Breakfast selection was varied & satisfying but the group's loud chatters turned off my appetite slightly. Location is great, rate is affordable but at product this good it should've fetched a few more rupiah. Concussion: Stay here. Period. Highly recommended.

The location is near the mall & food stall. Location is a little bit difficult to find ( me lost at the first time arrive). Request for iron board but need to waiting others room use ( take turn) Overall ok

The hotel location was good and convenient. The staf was sooo friendly and welcoming me like my home always. Larger room, very important the have a good WIFI connection, and there was a proper desk and comfy chair where I could work, which is nice. Breakfast start 6am, which is a good thing. My fav place is ONEDECK gastrobar.. I loveeeed to stay here and I will recommended. Thank you pak Teddy and Team. See you next time..

I know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.

Got a transit flight to Makassar on the next day, I decided to stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, inside the Terminal 1 Juanda Airport so no need to use transportation anymore (If your flight domestik). Receptiont named Devi was nice and cheerful, the Bar staff is also awesome. Feels like stay at my home. Thank you guys for your service. Love it so much !

I've chosen this hotel as it's offer bigger room size with cheaper room rate compare with others. Receptionist very helpful especially during my c/in time as I requested higher floor, friends staying nearby / next to my room & in same floor (progress considered fast). Room quite big, comfortable & clean. Gt various choices of f & b in the restaurant during my breaky. Bellboys very helpful. Remember to claim your welcome drink ya....enjoy ~

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

The place is nice, clean, comfortable, the location is very strategic, just next to the marina plaza. want to find a place to eat and gadgets to stay through. The check-in staff is friendly, the check-in process is not too long. The facilities are very basic, but according to the price. coffee and tea facilities are not available, but in the lobby is already available, there is even a light snack. breakfast is quite varied, the soto is the best. free and fast wifi. according to the price offered

We stayed at Golden Tulip Resort Batu from 18th of July for two nights . The hotel Is great, especially for It's restaurants. We have been in all three restaurants , each has there own specialities. The breakfast is served on the indonesians one , Branche; they served good indonesian food and for my surprise they serve also some typical Indonesian 'jamu' (traditional infusione) 💞. Compliments for their very well servings and very Good RAWON, GADO2, RUJAK, BUBUR JAWA and orher dishes ; the good works of HEAD CHEF RIO and CHEF UBAY !🍾🍾 We have tried also Infinite Restaurant . I had some sceptic impressions reading their menù at the first glance. They put some incredible meats on pizza!! (I live in Italy and never eat that kind of pizza !) But guys, i tell you that it was completly wrong first impression! This restaurant will makes you very happy after testing their FUSION cuisine !!!! Congratz for CHEF ZAINUL and all the service people with their kindness , MULIA and ERA 🍾🍾 And of course for our last dinner we had It on Skydome , the restaurant stays on the top of the Building . As beautiful as the site, as good as their cuisine !🍾🍾 We had also a good experience with all the staff , receptionists, concierges, room services (Frada, Eswat and others) for their kindness and patient and smiles during their work 🍾🍾🍾 . They served very well our elderly parents ❤️. Guys, i do suggest you to stay in this hotel and try It s restaurants!

The hotel is clean and the staff is great very polite , and we like the design of the hotel and we like the room too because the room is big just the mini fridge is not cold maybe can fix it And the foods for breakfast is ok

This is my second time staying at this hotel. When Checked in I was assigned a room with a terrible smell in the air. But the receptionist promptly changed my room. Best breakfast.

It was a good price for an executive suite room! There was a bathtub, large room & bed, sofa, desk, fridge, all for around IDR 600K for a night. The lighting was so bright (which I like) because it had 2 windows and you could see the pretty sunset in the west side! Bed was comfy and pillow didn't smell at all. AC and fridge was cold enough. But the amenities were too standard, we didn't even get a shower cap or hand soap at the sink. They only provided one for all ”soap-shampoo-conditioner” at the shower which was nice for the environment, and cotton buds. The breakfast was so standard and they charged my son (this is the first time in any other hotel). Luckily it was for a small amount of money. Overall it was a pleasant stay because my son and husband love having a bath at the bathtub (we don't have any in our house). Oh and the smart TV provides youtube and prime videos. Perfect for a weekend-getaway!

Although Hotel 88 is in the budget hotel or 2 star rating, the facilities are equivalent to the 3 star. The room is not too narrow and comfortable. However, his breakfast varied in a 3 star class and is delicious. For ala carte the food is also delicious and the price is very affordable. The location of the hotel is also in the middle of Surabaya near Tunjungan Plaza. Recomended!

I stayed for one night. It’s not far from train station, less than 20 minutes walk. The hotel allowed me to check-in earlier despite no personal request when booking. I booked the cheapest rate without breakfast because I didn’t know what they offer for breakfast during these times. One thing I remember the most is that the towel and linen smelled nice, I think it’s jasmine. Amenities were enough, including slippers. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Luggage rack and door handle were not in a good condition (screws were loose), and the safe box was locked, I couldn’t use it. Hotel played instrumental musics on speakers, but it’s quite disturbing when it’s 10pm and you could hear it from the room. Cleanliness need to be improved. I found the dirts from previous guest under the bed frame, and public restroom on lobby wasn’t clean enough. Receptionists were ok, I didn’t interact with other staffs. I don’t mind staying here again.

If you'd like a hotel with a view in Malang, and centrally located inside the city, this is the hotel for you. It gives me a great value for the money. I stayed at standard twin bed room with a balcony with mountain view. The location is superb. I can walk 10-15 minutes to Kawi Street, where many restaurants located. However, a few things that can be improved. I went to the gym at 6 am, and no one there. However, AC wasn't turned on. So, after 20 minutes of intense workouts, you'll be drenched with sweat. No towel inside the gym was available. Bring your own from your room and bottle water as well. Maintenance and house keeping can be improved. I visited my sister who stayed on the 7th fl executive suite, and there was a hole in the curtain. And the room could use more deep cleaning. The bed sheets in my room can be replaced with the one without hole in it. With the years, some of the amenities could be replaced.

I checked in at 1 wib in the morning and was directly served well by the staff who looked fresh and friendly even though it was still in the morning. The room is although more narrow than Amaris in other cities (Ex: Jakarta and Bandung) but it's not a problem. The breakfast available varied Amaris typical and tastes quite good. The location is also on the main road of Malang city, even though it is quite far to the main square. What I like from Amaris Malang City, the water coming out in the shower is very loud so it's like the body's being a muscle flexed and the hotel's view north offers a beautiful mountain view

Our room, facing the pool and the mall, was spacious, clean, and plain, without decorations. The room looked efficient and institutional, rather like a schoolroom. In fact, the echoing shouts of children playing in. and passing through, the halls throughout the morning, day and evening, made it feel as if our bedroom was one of many rooms in an elementary school. Probably more families than usual are on staycations during weekends. The breakfast from 6-10 am was good with many choices in the buffet and a lot of staff providing support. All of the staff are friendly and eager to be of service. The hotel is in a very convenient location. We took a taxi to the hotel, and we didn't know if the driver would be charged Rp. 10,000 for parking after he left us, so we felt compelled to pay the driver for parking, just in case. We discovered later that usually they don't charge for parking if the car is in the complex for less than 10 minutes. The reception staff told us that, if the driver parks his car (somewhere) and comes to the reception desk with us, he can get a document that will exempt the car from the parking charge, but it was always less of a thrash just to pay the parking charge. Considering the price, we feel the Aria Gajayana provides an average value on weekends.

Clean and Fresh hotel. Even, we never dare to swim becouse of the cold weather, we enjoy in everytime we come this hotel. Just try to rethink to rent apartement room where in the aam building. the apartement are not clean and many fungus under the bed and pantry area.

All I can say, this hotel is worth every time we spend the day. From the cleanliness to the service, from the building to the supporting facilities like fitness center and pool. Every aspect is very well-managed. Furthermore, the location is just another advantage, situated at the heart of Malang plus conencted with two local malls which provides almost everything we need to buy when it comes to fulfill our needs during our stay.

This hotel can't be considered a 4-star one, perhaps more like a 3-star. The rooms are small, with the worst part being the leak in the bathroom, causing water splashes during showers and creating puddles everywhere. It's uncomfortable, and they only provide one wet mat. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was given a general room (as per the receptionist), and there's still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The promised ozone generator was never provided, even upon check-out. The breakfast area is extremely cramped, making it uncomfortable. This experience is significantly different from Alana in Bali and Jogja.

This hotel has the worst service I've ever experienced. And the front desk, FENI. and the manager ANIE are the worst people I've ever encountered in hospitality industry.(photos attached). My experience was, I came with two other people. Booked and paid two rooms for 3 days 2 nights. Check in process, the front desk lady isn't even warm at all. Very rude. And she asked for deposit. And I said I got no cash so I will just go in the room first, and waiting for my other friend to arrived from the airport to just pay the deposit later upon their arrival. She rudely said NO. I asked nicely but she again said NO. She said I just need to wait, or use my credit card. And because her attitude was already HORRIBLE, I then refused to go along with her request. She then added ”You're from the big city, impossible you have no money”. Unbelievable. Long story short, I asked for the manager and surprisingly, the manager is no help either. She even more rude. Once she said ”you got no cash? People from big city must have credit card right?” Yet I still asked for help and understanding to pay in a couple hours. She said ok, (rudely) asked for ID card of three of us until we pay the deposit. Then I agreed. But because I left my wallet at home, I gave her my passport. And she touched the passport and said rudely ”I don't want this, I want ID card!”. I don't understand how she doesn't consider passport is a legitimate government ID. Then we decided to better leave and book another hotel instead staying at this already HORRIBLE hospitality. They also doesn't want to give us refund. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DONT STAY

Amazing for a budget hotel. Stayed here only for resting after a Bromo trip. Toilet is nice, room is small but very functional. Breakfast is superb I really love the arrangement and the varieties of food. Recommended

What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Stayed for 2 nights because it was so comfortable with good price. Nearby Tunjongan Plaza is a plus.

Hotel lobby was ok. The check in was quick. Once we got to our room I was fascinated. Large room with super large bed. Room service was affordable. The downside was the pool which was small in my opinion. Beside is Tunjungan Plaza. Sooooo big you will get lost inside. We chose this hotel as it’s near to the National Day celebrations. Will choose the Swiss belinn brand again.

The breakfast is good, I took Junior Suite Room and its so spacious, clean, and comfortable Suggestion: Please give more variant for breakdast menu like dimsum, zuppa soup, cotton candy, etc The Services is Excelllent, the ambience is so peacefull and overall so satisfiying. Goldvitel is recommended Hotel.

Had a delightful stay in this hotel. Breakfast was great. Room is good. Amenities are quite varied, but would suggest to add conditioner, too. The hotel has an many facilities, gym, infinity and kids pool on the 16th floor. I love the location! Walking distance to experience a night in Tunjungan Street. Service is great! Himelda from the front desk very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Overall it was a nice stay and i’ll back to stay, soon!

This new hotel is located on heart of Surabaya city. The hotel is clean, comfort and the hotel staffs is really friendly and helpful. There's a lot of 24hours fastfood chain restaurants, street food vendors and convinience stores around the hotel. It takes only 5 minutes walk to TUNJUNGAN PLAZA (one of the biggest mall in Surabaya) The room is not so spacious but it clean and comfort. Luckily, I got room on 16th floor, so it has a beautiful cityscape of Surabaya too. The food was okey, breakfast buffet has a several choices of local food. And the restaurant looks modern and cozy enough. You will get a lot of smiles from the hotel staffs while you stay. And they very helpful too. And sure, I will be back to this hotel.
