Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and what stood out the most was their truly personalised service. Different staff members knew our names when we visited various facilities, making us feel genuinely valued and at home. A special shoutout to Adi and Sophia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made a real difference, and we truly appreciate their efforts. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were beautifully presented. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it an absolute highlight of our stay. We also loved the kids' club, which had well-planned activities to keep children entertained. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making it a fun and engaging space for families. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, reflecting the high standards of DoubleTree by Hilton. Every interaction was met with warmth and a genuine willingness to assist. If we return to Surabaya, DoubleTree by Hilton will certainly be at the top of our list. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious and well maintained event this isn't brand new building. My initial booking was for 1 night only but after I spent the first night I decided to extend another day with request another room that facing to Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Ms. Fara was helped to find my request and she asking Mr. Reva to showing me some room. They were very nice, friendly and informative. Also I thank Mr. Komarus- the room attendant who really friendlt and well in clean my room, he help to explain the function of AC which is I got confused. Then the security - Mr. Haryono also nice and informative when I asks about surrounding interesting places to visit and eat. For Room Service : I ordered Fried Gurame and Pizza , All was good. The area to improve : 1. Level of hot water need to be better 2. The noisy from AC need to be fix Other than that all experiences went extraordinary stay ! Thanks Wyndham Surayabaya, absolutely ,I will be back !

Really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and just across the street from a shopping mall. We loved being able to walk around and explore nearby restaurants and street food stalls. It was fun discovering a local market about 10–15 minutes away with some charming souvenir stores. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Nice quiet hotel with a great view. Nice deco in the room. Had some problems looking for the light controls only to find them hidden at the bedside table. Nice and celegant design but hard to find.

Nice and clean, but for foreigners who don't like noise, sorry, the mosque needs consideration, maybe next time make a soundproof room. Not racist, because I am also a Muslim, but most mosques abroad have sound without a mic/not very loud. Because life needs balance

Great stay! Hotel room was very cozy, bed was just the right firmness and the space was more than adequate. Bathroom is large, though no bathtub. Room even has Netflix alongside cable TV. All essential amenities were provided (shampoo, body wash, shower cap, toothbrush/paste, cotton buds). Hotel reception was great too! Requested for a few items (e.g. comb and sewing kit) which they provided promptly. Does feel like a 4-star hotel in terms of the bathroom aesthetics. However, breakfast was amazing!! The spread they gave is enough for us to taste the different flavours of Indonesia in one buffet. Gym was great too! Overall, really good stay and worth the price.

This is my first time staying here and I'm really happy. The room is clean and the food is also quite delicious. Maybe if the hotel added a playground, it would be more fun so the kids would be happy.

The hotel is not very cozy, a lot of fuss, you don't want to come back here. The bed is big and comfortable, but the room is dark and the shower is uncomfortable. Also, I was the first day in the country and was late for an event, I asked the hotel staff to help me call a cab, I didn't get any help, I had to walk in the rain to another place in an unfamiliar city, as a result I was an hour late. The location of the rooms is inconvenient, when I tried to leave the hotel I got lost and ended up in some service kitchen. The hotel looks beautiful in the picture, but if I ever find myself in Surabaya again, I will stay somewhere else.
