The only downside was the small room, but it didn't bother us much as we were out exploring all day, only coming back to sleep and have breakfast. The location is superb: it's incredibly close to both the train station and car rental services. Plus, there are plenty of excellent mid-to-high-end restaurants in the vicinity, all serving delicious food. All the attractions were within easy walking distance, so we didn't need to take a single taxi our entire trip. Finally, a special shout-out to the restaurant for providing a 24-hour water dispenser with readily available drinking water.

The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport by bus (bus going to malaga city is 0nly 5 mins journey to hotel stop then 6 min walk over walk bridge) to reach hotel if coming from airport...if stopping on way to airport from Malaga City, it is 2mins walk) taxi or Car would also be easy. There is only Burger King in vacinity other than hotel for something to eat but huge Carrefour and shopping centre just one more bus stop to Puerta Blanca...or only a few mins by car. I found my room in very clean condition and exactly what was advertised. Room rate was competitive with Trip.com and no problems booking in or checking out

Hotel is exactly as described and we had a great 3 night stay. Located a 15/20 min walk from town but there are lots of cafes/bars locally for great food too and the walk is very easy. Couldn’t fault the rooms, pool, gym, lobby and restaurants. Would recommend!

The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and has a convenient location to walk to various places of interest. The service is average. We stayed for 3 nights in hot late July. Staff are very friendly but hotel services can surely be improved. There is no ice machine in the hotel. Room cleaning service is not thorough- cups were not cleaned/ replaced. Only tea bags are provided in the room, and no refill after Day 2.  As tourists from outside of Europe, we have no way to charge any electrics and ended in buying an adapter ourselves. There is no USB outlet for charge, which was a surprise to me too. Overall a nice stay in beautiful Seville but I would choose another hotel for the next visit.

The apartment is right next to the new bridge, it is the difference from the hotel next to it, but the experience is very different. The young proprietress is very enthusiastic, and their parking space is their own garage. The apartment is the feeling of a homestay, large and tidy, and the facilities are complete. There is also a big terrace.

This is the most perfect place to stay in Nerja - could not fault a thing. The location is excellent you are 2 minutes away from all the main restaurants without having the noise element disturb you - it is extremely peaceful and quiet around the pool and within the rooms. The staff are brilliant and are well accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is no food, but this is not a problem as you want to be going out trying all the restaurants anyway - but there are plenty of shops nearby and the hotel are happy to give you cutlery to make sandwiches etc if needed. Must stay - would recommend this to anyone. We got engaged whilst we were in Nerja and I could not have picked a more perfect hotel to be staying in.

We booked a suite for no more than most hotels charge for a room. This meant we had plenty of space - a lounge area and a small kitchen area (which we didn't really use as we wanted to try the local restaurants). Cleanliness was faultless.

The hotel is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. If you don't feel like walking, you can take the bus. The only downside was that, in my opinion, the breakfast area was too small for all the hotel guests, and the breakfast selection was limited. Otherwise, the hotel was great, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the beds were comfortable.

Very good hotel, 7-8 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal, and there are many supermarkets around, about 500 meters walk. All the staff are very enthusiastic. My back pain relapsed and I told the front desk that they immediately helped to remove the soft mattress. Today we are going to take the train to Barcelona, and the medicine I brought needs to be refrigerated. When I asked the waiter for breakfast, he brought it immediately. Thank you very much! The room has two free bottles of water every day, the room is large, the breakfast is very rich and of good quality, and there are new products every day. The hotel price is also very affordable.

AAL KabbajThe hotel grounds are really nice the feel of the place in general is great you feel on vacation... The people are great from the reception to the people at the bar, they go out of their way to make sure you have a good time, the service is exceptional. The rooms on the other hand could do with some decent sound proofing, I was awakened at 4 am by one of the neighbors deciding to continue the party in his room, with what appeared to be a ******...

DDaveWhat a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

GGuest UserApt RSEG. DO NOT ACCEPT ON CHECK IN. We had a young toddler with us. Our apartment was in a separate building across a road up a hill. This was not conducive to using the pool facilities. Given we had to go down the road anyway, we ended up going to the beach and paying to use so loungers. To access the pool from our building, you had to cross the road and carry the buggy down steps. It was not accessible. Our only outside space felt like a cage. We had to sign an antisocial behaviour policy at check in. This gave false reassurance. We had a full blown party in the apartment above us. I complained to reception. No action was taken. There were no staff in our building to notice. I had to complain again the second night. We had ants in our apartment. The response was to give us a can of insect spray. The bathroom door was warped and would not close. The bathroom shower leaked all over the apartment including the bedroom.. They came up and told us it was fine. No cleaning offered. It happened again the next morning. The bathroom door clearly showed damage so we were not the only ones to experience flooding. I again complained and they cleared the blockage. I had to ask again that they wash the floors given we had a toddler crawling on the filthy floors. The bedding was even wet from dragging in the flood. Overall very disappointed. The only redeeming aspect was one member of the front desk staff that was attentive and responsive when we spoke with him.

GGuest UserWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing. I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service. The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC. Room: Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair... Mini Kitchen: There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself. Shower: The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco. Reception: Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid. We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix. We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them. There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

Sste****While waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious. The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

LlinxincuicanThe house is very newly renovated. It is easy to find at the entrance of the old town. All check-in is self-service. We wanted to check in early, but when we arrived at the door, we were told that we could not check in early. The weather was too hot, so we had to find a McDonald's and wait until three o'clock. Click to check in and check out at 11 o'clock the next day

SSteph iIt was cute, is a nice place, great location , the staff could be nicer, and at breakfast they had only few cakes, things that you can make a sandwich with, and coffee and juice, pretty much that was all, no eggs. Overall was a cool stay , I didn’t had more options except this place for my date and I paid like 66€ for 1 night, which I found it a bit expensive for a hostel.
