The hotel is quite clean overall, just like Vienna in China. The hotel service is not very enthusiastic, and no one helps to send luggage to the hotel. The hotel has its own beach, and there are not many people because it is off-season. The two nights we stayed happened to be during the New Year, and the hotel also played some New Year songs. The breakfast is a fixed set meal with a lot of food, which can be eaten as brunch. The restaurants outside are basically open very late. Finally, the service of the lady in the restaurant is very good, thumbs up ๐.

The hotel is very cost-effective, a bit like a boutique hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and the service is great. The service staff took the initiative to help with the luggage and ran away before I could tip. The hotel lunch was also very good and affordable.

The place is beautiful in all its details, a few steps away from the sea, where you can sleep on the sounds of the waves clearly during the night, the facilities are clean, and there's a daily interest in cleaning the facilities for the comfort of the inmates. The beach is literally cleaned daily from the grass, and the sand is turned around to make it clean and bright every day, and the employees are providing you with cold water in the ice jars and lessons to make your pleasure reach the top of the grades, and there's a plaza with extra fees for the plaza lovers. The diversity of cafes in the hotel often tells you not to go to Marina, where there are many options, whether restaurants or cafes or supermarkets or some fashion shops -- everything is great and it's out of the description. Finally, not least, thank all the staff of the hotel for the hospitality, especially sister Caroline.

The hotel in general is very good, we enjoyed our 4 days stay there.
There were some comments to be considered:
1) the WIFI network is very week their network passwords are always not working due to max. limit of users reached.
2) the food quality is very good, but the variety is limited, refill is done.
3) My reservation was Halve Board (Breakfast & Dinner) but during the dinner and Lunch all drinks were not included, and you have to pay for them
4) it is better if you have sea shoes, the sea sand has some small stones and some plants, but it is accepted.

I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped offโฆ I never write a review but felt I needed to make a commentโฆ I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, itโs half that costโฆ.. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasnโt an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say Iโll drop that fee.

MMR M-HAmazing place, really clean, really spacious. Plenty to do.
I advise take a car with you as it is about 1-1.20 hours from Alexandria.
Also book the hotel between July- end of august.
There is a indoor pool which is heated and an outdoor pool which is cold, they also have a beach, gym, sauna, jacuzzi but the time I went the jacuzzi and sauna was not on or available.
The have a room that has two small snook tables, a outdoor football ๐ฅ
โฝ๏ธ pitch/court, basketball ball ๐ court and a tennis/Badminton ๐ธ๏ฟผ ๐พ court.
Water park, late night entertainment.
The women called Sara at the Concierge is very helpful very professional. Hospitality was amazing from her think she was the manager. She even allowed me to have a late check out without any charge but the staff in very helpful. Very friendly๏ฟผ.
The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very spacious.
The food was fine but nothing spectacular.

IIrene/CBecause it is the off-season for tourism, the surrounding shops are not open. Fortunately, there is food in the hotel. The service is pretty good. You can order food and it will be delivered to your door. The sea in the hotel is also very beautiful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is normal. Not so good. The rooms are still find beside the beach. The beach was so death and we found a nail there. The workers at the beach just sitting under umbrella and not doing anything(at least they could clean the beach).
Breakfast was good.
Also worker at the bar tried to sell for us a ticket for a pool party, which was for free in a hotel as we knew later from the reception ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คท๐ผโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโ๏ธ

GGuest UserThere are limited means of transportation to get to this hotel.
It took about 3.5 hours by UBER from Alexandria, costing 1400 yen in local currency, but UBER could not be used from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, so I had to call a taxi, which took about 45 minutes and cost 600 yen. Also, communication at the front desk was not good at dispatching the car, which was very unpleasant. There seems to be no taxi nearby, so it takes a long time to call one, so I recommend requesting a taxi at least an hour in advance. There is nothing nearby, and it is a different story if you want to enjoy the pool and the sea on the hotel grounds, but if you are thinking of sightseeing from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, I think it would be better to stay at a hotel in Marsa Matruh, considering the round-trip taxi fare and travel time. It may be due to the season, but I felt that the beach had strong waves and was not suitable for swimming or for children to play. The rooms are clean, but the amenities are basic. Drinks in the room other than water are charged separately. It is not all-inclusive. Dinner was included in the price of the room, but the only drink available was water; other soft drinks and coffee were charged extra.
