We enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth in spite of the difficulties in finding the booking. We had a quick lunch immediately after check-in. The meal was delicious, and unbelievably cheaper than that in Germany. The breakfast buffet was also with many choices. The service in every area was friendly and tentatively. We walked our dog in the morning both in the green area behind the hotel and in the nearby resident area. We are impressed by the living standard achieved there. Best wishes for Czech! There was no free bottled water which however did not bother us. The parking was free and the parking lots were spacious. 16 Euro/day was charged for a dog.
The most satisfactory hotel in the entire trip, the price is not expensive, the front desk service is very good, and it is convenient to eat around. Next time I come to Pilsen, I will stay at Courtyard.
Excellent hotel: Great location (2 minutes walking distance to the central/main railway station, 5 minutes walking distance to the big square with a wonderful church and a nice Christmas market, 6 minutes walking distance to the wonderful and big synagogue, close to many restaurants…), a clean, quiet and comfortable room, nice breakfast, fast and pleasant check-in and check-out…
El servicio es excelente, cuentan con estacionamiento, para mí la ubicación es perfecta porque así lo requería pero si buscas algo muy céntrico no es una opción.
Breakfast is still very selective and hygienic. Someone cleans it every day. The waiter can communicate in a limited time. Don't choose a room close to the roadside.
🔔 Service: Can let the hotel wake up
The hotel has seen better time. The facility is obsolete and the outside area lacks care. The room was equipped with the most necessary, minibar empty, no drink (water) on the table, lacks love. I love to swim before breakfast, is not possible at opening times. Breakfast i.o. however for 350 Kc per person, no sneak. The gym was closed to enter only after payment. The Wifi is free, very beautiful. With the great hotel offer in Pilsen we will certainly not stay anymore.

SSuet FanThe Palace staff were very friendly and helpful to help us solve the problem, but when we arrived at the hotel, the door was closed and only a note was left asking us to go to another hotel at the end of the street for check-in! There is only a designated time for front desk service, other times can only be called! The buffet breakfast is rich in food and you can choose what you like. The hotel is attached to the ancient city and can walk to various attractions. The room is fully equipped! Eat in the hotel's quarantined restaurant, show a 5% discount on the room!
