Very comfortable three nights, this price is simply great value. The room can directly see the snowy mountains and lakes in the distance, with an excellent view. It is also very close to the town, very suitable for morning and evening walks. The service is very good. I went to Gray Glacier and the day trip of Baini are booked through the front desk. The front desk is very happy to help. The sanitary environment is very good.

Environment: The hotel is located at the entrance of Torres del Paine Park, with convenient transportation to scenic spots. The mountain view is beautiful when you look out. Facilities: There is a swimming pool and a spa, but we haven’t made an appointment yet. Hotels in Chile do not have hot water kettles (unlike Argentina), and there is no water in the rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. The entrance area, the bar and the restaurant were very nice and good - the room was a bit smaller than expected and had the window in a shaft. The gym consisted of a collection of (older) sports equipment, but was OK if you don't have high expectations. The wellness area borders directly on the fitness area, seemed extremely uncomfortable and we would have had to pay another $20 per person, which definitely wouldn't have been worth it.

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

The omelette for breakfast was good and this hostel was a good location being a short walking distance to the restaurants/cafes/bars. Our room in the corner on the ground floor smelled like sewage but the room next to it did not smell and it was clear that the hostel knew about this without informing us.

The sea view room faces the sea and the vision is very good. The surrounding environment is also good, the problem is that the hotel is a bit old, it seems that it has been missing for a long time. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to a three-month-old Antarctic Zhongxu Pavilion, the Guangdong boss, it is worth a try.
