Hello
We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it
The room condition was very clean and good
The bedding and mattress were also good
It is a modern and clean hotel
The parking lot was good, and although it is an external parking lot, the route from the parking lot to the hotel is very good
The design is pretty from the hotel entrance to the lobby and the resting area
Everything is good. The only downside is that the elevator space is a bit small
I can't say that this hotel is great, but it was a place that left a very good impression during my trip to Switzerland. I felt good because the rainbow welcomed me
The front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and the food was delicious
However, it was unfortunate that I left the baby ointment behind, but thanks to that, it is a hotel that I will remember for a long time.
Select no others than this!!
You will not regret it. For they have the amazing view of the mountains from their balcony, and a great access even for the disabled.
The room i stayed were located at the ground floor, thus they have wheelchair accessible spaces and even a sitting area for the shower which i think is a lovely touch to either elderly or disabled.
Cleanliness is top notch and breakfast is great with variety. Pick the window seat like the lovely lady at the restaurant suggested us to as we are the first to arrive for breakfast every morning 😆
If you come during the winter, the room have direct access to the snow outside (check out my new outdoor fridge 🙈) and the bathroom floor is well heated for you too.
I’d definitely recommend this if this is your first time visiting.
Advantages: The room is large and the pillows and quilts are quite comfortable. Super surprise terrace, very beautiful snow mountain scenery.
Take your luggage out of the train station and it takes about 1 minute to walk.
Disadvantages: The hotel does not have an open counter and the door is locked. The check in is posted on the door to go diagonally opposite, about 100 meters away from Adaastra Boutique Hotel, if more than one person also brings large luggage, one person goes to the opposite check in. The bathroom is very noisy.
Excellent service, chambres confortables et bien décorées, le spa vu sur les montagnes est très joli, le restaurant sert de très bons plats avec produits de qualité, le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, il y a même du jus d'orange pressé. Très bonne expérience!
The scenery is very good, the room is also very good, it is on the mountain, there are some twists and turns, the town is small but there is a hiking route on the top of the mountain, it is also considered an attraction, very good
#Praise# Satisfied with the lighting, safety and convenient transportation in the room; #Negative review#Comfort of bedding, room size, disappointment in the nearby restaurant; much better than Ibis in other European countries, at least not dirty, can live, service is very warm, location is good.

TTAEYING SPECIALISTStaying at Hotel Alpenblick in Zeneggen was one of the most peaceful and heartfelt parts of my entire Swiss trip.
The hotel is located high up in the mountains, at around 1,370 meters above sea level, surrounded by pure nature and breathtaking alpine views. While the public transport is understandably limited due to the remote location, once you arrive, you’ll understand why it’s worth it.
The atmosphere is quiet, calming, and deeply rejuvenating. It’s the kind of place where you truly slow down and feel present. The staff were exceptionally kind and caring—they made me feel like part of their family, not just a guest. I’m especially grateful for how much they helped me during my stay.
The hotel’s interior is decorated with charming European touches that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a living art piece—cozy, elegant, and full of character. Breakfast was absolutely top-notch, with a rich and thoughtful spread every morning.
Of course, being in such close contact with nature means there might be a few insects and there’s no air conditioning—but for anyone who appreciates fresh mountain air and the natural world, this place is perfect.
Highly recommended for nature lovers, artists, or anyone needing a quiet mountain escape. I’m truly thankful to the entire team at Alpenblick for creating such a special experience.

GGuest UserExcellent stay at this cute little place.
Loved everything about this hotel including the breakfast, location, and scenic views. You can't beat this place for the price.
It's also so close (within walking distance) to the Tasch railway station and parking is free. They even let me park for 3-4 hours for free after checking out while I visited Zermatt. The front desk girl (I forgot her name) was so nice and helpful giving me some great tips while I visited Zermatt.
Wonderful experience overall.
GGuest UserNewly opened hotel. You don't have to stay in Zermatt to go to the Matterhorn. It's very convenient to stay here directly. It's next to the train station and you can reach Zermatt in 12 minutes.

GGuest UserThe triple room has a balcony and is very comfortable. The nearby castle is very beautiful, it is convenient to go hiking or cycling, there is free parking space but there is not necessarily a place during the peak period. The staff was nice and delicious in the morning. But the bathroom has no windows and exhaust fans are slightly lacking.
CcasioyuanThe hotel is very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a bathtub, and the balcony room is casually large. The hotel has its own indoor hot spring, comfortable and not cold, watching the snow-capped mountains hot springs can be achieved. The only downside is that the location is a bit biased. It takes to the bus stop Diana to have a place to eat and close at 5 o'clock. The hotel can also order food, about 45 Swiss francs per person. Hotel breakfast is OK.
Remember to book a hotel car. The hotel must make an appointment one day in advance for the bus terminal. If it is not a self-driving car, I want to push my luggage directly from the station Diana to the hotel. Several large slopes 😂
