I stayed in the hotel for the commitment I had because it was close. As it was one night only, I chose to book. The room was very dirty, sabble paper open in the pier, all dirty. 2 towels, 1 was acceptable and the other was completely swept and damaged. I put it on the floor because I had no courage to use it. The bed is horrible and noisy, and the dressers too. Have you seen a short shirt? Yes, it was so much to cover up to half the body and thinnerly impossible. I had nothing but that shirt to cover. Summary: I didn't sleep anything, super discomfortable. It's all about all the rooms, bad clothing. Coffee is half mouth, but in any case I've seen worse. The only positive point is that the reception official called ”D”. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised by the information that the system was out of the air and would take a little, then the same offered us 2 courtesy drinks for the event. The only thing I liked at the hotel, but you're only reserved in the last case if you don't want to get angry.

counter staff member was fantastic and checked us in once rooms were ready, car park is a big advantage and is off street secure., pool up top is flash area. nice rooms which for the budget level were great.

The room is not as big as it is said on the Internet, but they provide a lot of water. Because this location is close to their airport, it is worth considering if you choose this place temporarily

If you come to the Barra area, don't miss it. It's in the mall, conveniently located on the road, with many art paintings, spa bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket not far away. The front desk lady provided very good service, which was memorable. There are many types of breakfast in a beautiful environment. There are countless choices of bread and cakes, watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya, pineapple and fruit salad. Yogurt is the best. Fried bacon and boiled cassava are recommended. In addition, boiled eggs with sweet potato cubes are very Chinese. I advise you not to miss it.

I spent four nights at this hotel, in a very nice area of Rio. Great facilities: magnificent rooms (standard), excellent bed and linen, very nice swimming pool (heated) with gorgeous views, pleasant common area, etc. The management, however, is not so good. Nothing serious or terrible, but not what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. E.g.: I was supposed to receive a free big bottle of water in my room, as part of the arrangement for my group; I did not received it and I was told that I should pay for it if I wanted it; in addition, I was asked, when checking our, to pay for 2 bottles! (when I ordered just one). I complained and no charge was made finally but it gave me a poor impression about the level of care for the details one would expect in a hotel of this category. Moreover, in a place what you cannot drink water from the tap safely, the management should provide with courtesy drinking water for every guest, as is usual in most places. About the food: very good in the restaurant, reasonably priced (but obviously not cheap). However, the breakfast was disappointing: little variety and quality in the fruit (in a place such as Brazil!!!), slow service for the eggs or tapioca you ordered, and little variety of bread and pastry, as well as other deficiencies (quality of cheese, ham or salami, etc.). A special positive mention for the cleaning personnel: very efficient and nice, always respected the requests I made about timing. Bravo.

The bathroom door didn't close and was in poor condition. The rooms without a view are very simple and it would have been worth paying more for the room with a view. I didn't see it at the time of booking.

Thankfully, it showed up on my phone, so I was able to inform the staff and show them the receipt at the time. A very helpful front receptionist said he would contact the finance department and that when I checked out early the next morning' it would all have been rectified. When I went to reception, no one could help and I was told to wait for the manager who would be on duty after my flight left..... So far, no response from this hotel and no money back.I've contacted my credit card provider and so I now have to battle to get my money back. My experience of checking in was in I’m afraid to say, truly awful. I arrived at 5am and the older gentleman checking me in was ignorant. Apparently, he was the ‘English speaker’ on duty and he completely ignored me when I asked a question. I received no information whatsoever about breakfast times, where facilities in the hotel were and he didn’t even have the good manners to look up at me when I checked in, he just opened his hand for my passport. He started huffing and getting obviously irritated when I asked if it were possible to arrange a later breakfast as I wouldn’t be getting to bed u TIL 6am, despite having to pay for the hotel for the night before. The guy actually just ignored me until I asked him directly and he didn’t even look up and said ‘no’ in a really annoyed manner. Great customer service, thanks! Thankfully, when I had need to speak to reception staff during the day, this was a much better experience. I spoke to a young woman and on another occasion a young uni man who were friendly and helpful, so much so, I decided to stay again on my return trip the following week. That was up until they kept charging my credit card, firstly through the own hotels website that said the transaction failed but charged the credit card and then again when duplicate monies had been charged by the hotel. Mistakes happen. It it how quickly and satisfactorily they are sorted that makes the difference between staying there again and avoiding it. Would I recommend staying here? Yes, breakfast is good and the hotel was clean and quiet on the 19th floor. It is dated and could do with updating but it is not bad value when they don’t empty your bank account! Just pay in cash if you’re staying there and avoid that nasty old man on reception who works at night.

The hotel has a nice location right next to the beach. It's a little far from most of the sights, but it's a calmer neighborhood with plenty to see. The hotel, however, was a little disappointing considering the number of stars. It felt very bare. The rooms was small and had no decoration. The lobby area really just served as an area for people to sit and wait for tours. There was no comfortable seating. The pool is small and the rooftop area is pretty windy. The rooftop bar is again not particularly comfortable with lots of echo-y hard surfaces. Everyone was very nice, but it was distinctly lacking in comfort. The Italian restaurant has really good food and it's worth eating. However, beware that it is extremely air-conditioned. I don't know why hotels insist on blasting the AC when it is so hot outside. I had to take a sweater every time I went to breakfast and I heard multiple guests complaining about the temperature. They would even seat people in slightly warmer areas of the room.

The room is large, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, you can enjoy the sea view and the sea breeze while sitting by the window, it is a very good hotel

Extremely small room despite booking one of the better ones. Bathroom was small and very badly built, the shower flooded every time due to a faulty door. The cleanliness of the room was questionable, dirty floor with bits that stuck to my feet. A hotel to avoid, def not the stars it claims.

Great infrastructure and a most amazing beach.Rooms were very well appointed with golf course view or sea view options. Outstanding fitness centre and well located pool. The hotel is dislocated from Buzios downtown The service was challenging because the staff struggled immensely with English and were not really focussed on international travellers.Having said this they were friendly and made special effort to accommodate our requirements. Definitely worth a visit.

I would like to leave here my thank to the hotel administration, we had an excellent and pleasant long weekend at the hotel. We stayed at the 2 floors room with a bath outside at the balcony, awesome! No complaints at all.The room was nice,tidy and clean, lots of space,great bed and service.

Everyone at the hotel does their best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is wonderful and so is the service. Adriana and her partner are amazing! So are the people at the reception desk, cleaners, managers, housekeeper, maintenance crew... all the staff, indeed! The room was lovely and all the hotel is very nice and spotless.

The resort is in a gorgeous setting along the ocean. My husband and I were there for two nights as part of a bird watching trip. Even though it is not a bird watching lodge, it was great for our purposes. We were able to see ocean birds and land birds at the adjoining nature preserve both during the day and evening. They had many yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation classes in Portuguese but we did not partake. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised to find the entire menu was vegetarian. Our Portuguese is weak so the waitress and we spent a bit of time trying to translate the menu into English. Things like ”chick peas” are not the first thing you learn in a new language but it all worked out well and we enjoyed our meals there.

The outdoor equipment (pools, pool-bars and the beach) are wonderful. We always could find a place in the shadow. We booked ”full-pension” and the choice of the restaurant was good. A bit too much meat for us, but it's normal for Brazil :) The service people were very kind an tried to speak English with us, which is not evident in Brazil. The room was really poor: beds are old and out of time, I think they are more than 20-years-old. The toilet should be renovated, everything is moulded and/or partially broken. We had no safe in the room. All over, we were there for the pool and it was good. But the complete resort should be renovated if they want to have guests again. I wouldn't come here again. The management should think about, to invest a bit in the old-fashioned infrastructure.

Lugar muy agradable, muy buena la atención, su gente muy amable, limpio, muy linda vista, todo tranquilo salida directa a la playa, totalmente recomendable para quien quiera ir a pasarlo bonito, y tener un servicio y lugar 10/10, Excelente ubicación.

tem tudo para ser uma referencia em búzios , no entanto … a gestão catastrófica consegue fazer o impossível de o tornar um hotel não recomendável. Tem uma situação geográfica perfeita a 7 minutos a pé da rua das pedras num quadro verdejante magnífico e com infraestruturas com excelente potencial . No entanto , para além de precisar de obras em quase todos os espaços (quartos principalmente) , tem um cheiro nauseabundo a mofo um pouco por todo o lado devido a uma má higiene, chuveiros antigos com um jorro de água ao invés de um chuveiro a sério , equipa de manutenção disponível mas sem meios , mobília antiga e degradada e o pequeno almoço, então esse é simplesmente ridículo . Como exemplo coloco duas fotos . A do único grelhador de pão que deve servir todo o hotel ( é bem maior o da minha casa de praia )e o que deveria ser uma omolete de presunto e ovo pelo qual esperei 25 minutos . É-me apresentado isso que se vê na foto e que nem comentários merece . É triste porque este hotel com uma gestão “competente“ poderia ser muito mas muito melhor !

I was disappointed because in the hotel description, she says that there is a covered and heated pool. When we arrived the pools were disabled. I asked the receptionist and she told that it was a good time disabled. It would be good to take the swimming pool out of the hotel as a leisure item.

Hotel with excellent location, very good service since reception, room service and cleaning service. The room with great cost benefit, but only the availability of parking vacancies (but the team was careful and arranged a vacancies for the car night). If you have another event in Niteroi, I will want to repeat that choice. The food was fat and tasty, room with noise-free windows and king bed. I recommend, surely

Ótima localização, linda vista e estrutura. Check-in e Check-out sem dificuldades. Café da manhã delicioso e funcionários gentis. Cama confortável e espaçosa. Apenas achamos que o quarto merece reforma no piso frio, como um acabamento laminado.

O melhor fator é a excelente localização. A limpeza é boa, o espaço do quarto é bom, os colaboradores são muito educados e atenciosos. O restaurante tem boas opções no cardápio e a comida é de boa qualidade. Apenas uma crítica, barulho da rua nos quartos de frente.

Old and poorly preserved hotel. Swallowed rooms with air conditioning of old and noisy model. Worst than that, without cleaning the filters, easy to understand. It is to call to start to swell, especially those with allergy to powder/acary. The roof fan is almost not moving, so it is no option to refresh, and if the guest opens the window, it will not be able to sleep by the noise of the street. The Internet connection is super precarious, not only to make meetings but also to send emails with attached files.
