When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me. But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”. But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

I asked many times to clean my room since they wont clean it without my presence. I waited several times, no one came. It’s pretty disturbing to anticipate someone to clean since I want to focus on on my review- and ended up having no one to come over is very frustrating.

Budget hotel meets my needs for awaiting other flights close to airport anytime check in . This is my go To hotel when in manila. Have strict two guest in room policy.. its the only thing i dont like as i have friends visiting who are not over night guest

The view of the room and lighting is relaxing. The food is really good and its worth for its price. Its just in our stay, they are the one who is keeping the key in our room due to safety purposes and i think this caused hassle to them every time we go out. But all in all, it was a nice stay for couple of days and what i liked about this hotel is the location, very accessible.

Just curious about how Sogo looks like so I tried for one night. Surprised that the room and toilet are spacious. Sheets are a bit thin, towels are bit dark already, but smells nice. The food was great though. Check in and check out was smooth! The Internet was kind of slow. Overall just okay.
