Young children can't understand history, so this trip doesn't include museums. The main focus is on relaxation, no special forces-style check-ins, no 20,000 steps a day, eat when hungry, sleep when tired, and continue to have fun when awake, so the whole trip is relatively long. Xi'an has convenient transportation, with a well-connected subway system. This time, the accommodation is booked at a hotel near a subway station, relying entirely on the subway for travel. During the summer vacation, hotel prices in the city center double, but those slightly farther away are still reasonable, and it doesn't make much difference where you stay as long as it's near a subway station. Chang'an Food Street How can you visit Xi'an without arranging a trip to Chang'an Food Street? You must try the fancy dishes. As soon as you enter the store, you are greeted by a strong Tang Dynasty atmosphere. Don't miss the Hulu Chicken, Brush Pastry, Concubine's Smile, Six Small Bowls, etc. The taste is decent, the presentation is top-notch, and you can also enjoy performances like Tang Dynasty beauty dances and shadow puppetry. It's very crowded during meal times, so be sure to queue up in advance. Xi'an Eternal Love Not much different from the Eternal Love shows in other cities, but with added Xi'an elements, fully showcasing the historical charm of the Zhou, Qin, Han, and Tang dynasties. Besides the Eternal Love performance, there are also scheduled song and dance performances, the stage play "The Earthquake," and "WA Dinosaur," identical to Shanghai's Eternal Love. It's worth seeing if you haven't seen it before. It's even more cost-effective to get tickets at the seafood market! Yisushe A popular check-in spot near the Bell Tower, where you can enjoy traditional Qinqiang opera and taste local Xi'an old-brand delicacies in one stop. Then take a walk through the retro street in the basement, directly traveling back to the 80s and 90s. Big Wild Goose Pagoda Also known as the "Ci'en Temple Pagoda." Xuanzang built the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to preserve the Buddhist scriptures and statues brought back to Chang'an from India via the Silk Road. As the earliest and largest Tang Dynasty square pavilion-style brick pagoda, it is a typical evidence of the ancient Indian Buddhist temple architectural form being introduced to the Central Plains with Buddhism and integrated into Chinese culture. Joy City Shopping Center Next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, check out the seven-meter-tall Monkey King, who stands with hands clasped in front of the Xuanzang statue in the square, devout and confident. Shaanxi Natural History Museum Divided into the Beilin Hall and the Natural Hall. We visited the Beilin Hall, which mainly displays specimens of wild animals from around the world. It is currently the largest wild animal specimen exhibition hall in Shaanxi Province. Using technological displays, interactive installations, multimedia presentations, real-world rare wild animal displays, and scene presentations, it enhances the scientific, interesting, and ornamental aspects of the exhibition, offering a wonderful museum experience.
