My friend invited me to this new Café in Tuen Mun Town Plaza, and I remembered the one in Mei Foo where I had eaten before, which was really good. This restaurant is located right opposite the theater. Its style is still Japanese, fresh and simple, with many imitation autumn leaves to add a sense of check-in. The price is really good, not many coffee shops have additional charges for drinks. 70% Dark Chocolate Souffle - $92 It is definitely worth waiting patiently for half an hour, as each portion of cream is hand-made upon order. The thick soufflé is full of elasticity, full of air, light as foam, and melts in the mouth; it has a soft texture, rich egg flavor, and a moderate sense of moisture. The dark chocolate sauce is richer and has a unique sweet and slightly bitter taste. The soft mousse is also full of chocolate flavor and very smooth. It is also decorated with fresh strawberries and blueberries, which adds a touch of fragrance.
