Introvert hell of Japanese JR Pass 🚅

Let me tell you, guys, how convenient are JR Passes by Japan Railways! Yes, it covers designated areas. Yes, there are many private railways in Japan and JR ain't cover every point you need.. At the JR place they are usually use green color for booths you may exchange you voucher (has got to Shanghai from Hong Kong in 2 working days, very fast) for that green (Attention! Hey, Greta, Greta!!) paper card (on the photo). It looks like usual reserved seat railway ticket. Neither a qr-code, nor anything modern electronic thing or plastic reusable card, RFID-tag, whatever, but oldie paper ticket! To use it find the turnstile pass equipped with a slot. Using the long distance ticket you have to insert in the slot 2 or 3 ticket pack including you JR Pass. Your Pass will be printed with red string on it. Never could get this thing oneself without personal help (non-english speaking) on the pass. While a short time transit that made me nervous! And how to get your reserved tickets using a ticket vending machine? (I don't know, maybe you can get it with personal help on a big railway stations) Seek for vending machine equipped with scanner table on the right. The table is lined for 3 size papers and the smallest rectangle on it is for your JR Pass. Choose a "claim service" on the right low corner on the screen to call an operator. Only with operator help scanning your JR Pass you may order a tickets you want (why ain't still automated? God knows). As it written you can ask operator to speak to a handset. Due the station loud noise it may be comfortable. And I have seen the old Japan man have been using it. But I could not explain to operator my wish; the operator spoke english so-so. Operator controls the vending machine remote like remote PC desktop. So you could interact with operator to make improvements in a real time. Once confirmed the tickets will be printed.
