⛩️SHRINE-ing in Kyoto | Fushimi Inari Taisha 🇯🇵

📍Located in Southern Kyoto, Fushimi Inari Taisha is accessible via JR Nara Line. The shrine is located just in front of Inari Station. ⛩️Fushimi Inari Shrine is an important Shinto Shrine in Kyoto. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main buildings. The trails lead into the wooden forest of the sacred Mt. Inari. ⛰️ 🦊Some popular point of this shrine is the numerous statues of Kitsune (foxes) who are thought to serve as the messengers of the god of agriculture and business, Inari. 🍱 There are also a lot of Japanese restaurants and souvenir shops along the approach to the shrine. ⏰General admission is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, the shrine is always open to visitors even during at night and no closing days. 🎟️ The admission is free.✌🏻 #asiatrip #kyoto #japan
