This hotel has everything I look for when traveling. The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet, and they are the most polite and approachable individuals you could hope for. Every day when I arrived at the hotel, I felt very welcomed. I am very grateful for their genuine concern for our experience, and they made our stay so special that we will always stay here when we visit Tokyo. For Tokyo, the rooms are spacious and very focused on design, stylish, and modern. The rooms are clean and tidy, impeccable. When we arrived, there were many details that showed they had researched our preferences, which made it very special. We highly recommend this place. The hotel offers multiple dining options, laundry service and self-service laundry, in-room massage service, of course, room service, convenience store, clinic, nursing room, pool area, fitness area, and bathroom.
