A unique churros in Seville than elsewhere in the world

However, the version most people are familiar with consists of thin, stick-like pieces, sometimes dusted with fine sugar. In Seville, though, churros take on a different form. They are large, irregularly shaped, and have a light, airy interior with a thin, crispy exterior. Flavor-wise, they carry a slightly salty, fermented undertone. If you're familiar with Chinese cuisine, these churros closely resemble "you tiao" in both taste and texture. However, the deep frying here appears somewhat inconsistent, as even the freshest batches lack crispiness. That said, the accompanying chocolate sauce is a highlight. It’s thick, not overly sweet, and pairs well with the churros (as seen in the picture). As for the price, it's quite affordable—€2.5 for the churros and €3 for the chocolate.
