The origin of the amulet, Somdej Bangkhunprom

Somdej Phra Buddhacarya (To Phrommaramsi), the abbot of Wat Rakhang Khositaram, presided over the creation of Phra Somdej amulets (amulet) made from the powders of Itthije, Pathamang, Trinisinghe, and Maharach, as requested by the clerk Traduang, the ancestor of the Thanakoset family, to be enshrined in the chedi in 1870–1872.
