Osaka: A 5-Day, 4-Night Adventure in Japan 🌸

This city is just too adorable to handle! Hello~ Today, we’re taking you on a trip to Osaka 🎒. It’s my first-ever visit to Japan, and I couldn’t be more excited! We planned a relaxed itinerary—no rush, no exhaustion, just pure joy. Osaka is a city that perfectly blends tradition with modernity. It boasts ancient castles, vibrant shopping districts, charming cafes, and mouthwatering food that you’ll want seconds of! 🧁 ⸻ 🌼 Day 1: Hello Osaka~ Arriving in the Dream City 🍱 We departed from Thailand in the morning and arrived at Kansai Airport in the afternoon. Everything around us was so cute and exciting! From the airport, we took a train into the city, which took about 45 minutes, and arrived at Namba Station, where we stayed for this trip 🏙️. After checking in, we headed straight to Dotonbori for a nighttime stroll. The neon lights were stunning, and the iconic Glico sign stood out the most. Everyone was taking pictures, so we snapped one as a keepsake too 😆📸. The streets were lined with food stalls! Takoyaki stole the show—it was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the squid was so tender. Topped with bonito flakes that danced in the air, it was almost too cute to eat, but so delicious that we forgot about the calories 🍡💕. ⸻ 🏯 Day 2: A Walk Through Time at Osaka Castle 🍃 We woke up to warm sunshine and headed to “Osaka Castle,” a must-visit landmark! It’s truly beautiful—the castle stands tall amidst lush green gardens, and inside, there’s a museum showcasing its history. We climbed to the top floor and enjoyed a 360-degree view of the city. The cool breeze and the mix of buildings and gardens made it so romantic 🥰. In the afternoon, we explored the Tenmangu area, which is filled with adorable cafes and bakeries. Our favorite was a small shop with cat-shaped cakes! 🎂🐱 It was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. ⸻ 🎢 Day 3: A Magical Day at Universal Studios Japan 🌈🍄 We woke up at 5 AM to visit USJ! We had already purchased tickets online, so we headed straight to the Harry Potter zone upon arrival. Walking in gave us chills—it felt like stepping into the movie. The Hogwarts castle was absolutely breathtaking. We rode the 4D attraction that made us feel like we were flying with Harry—it was thrilling! Next, we explored the newly opened Super Nintendo World, which was irresistibly cute. There were blinking coins and sound effects that made us feel like we were inside a game 🍄✨. For lunch, we had Mario-themed burgers and rainbow-colored drinks. They were so adorable that we almost didn’t want to eat or drink them 😭💖, but they were incredibly tasty! ⸻ 🛍️ Day 4: Sweet Shopping and Cafe Hopping ☕🍓 Today was all about being chic and girly~ We strolled through Shinsaibashi and Amerikamura, which are packed with cute clothing stores, Japanese stationery shops, and charming cafes. We visited a “Little Twin Stars” themed cafe, where everything was pastel pink. The unicorn-shaped cakes and cloud-patterned lattes were so adorable 🩷. It felt like our hearts were melting. In the evening, we returned to Dotonbori and took a Dotonbori Cruise. The lights reflecting on the water were stunning, accompanied by soft music and a cool breeze. It was incredibly romantic 🥹💫. ⸻ 🍙 Day 5: A Bittersweet Farewell 🥺 On our last morning, we checked out and stopped by a small bento shop to grab lunch, which we enjoyed in a park. Watching birds fly by while eating was so peaceful and heartwarming 🌿. Before heading to Kansai Airport, we did some last-minute shopping at snack shops and Don Quijote. We bought Japanese sweets, green tea, various KitKat flavors, and lots of cute trinkets. As the plane took off, we watched Osaka shrink in the distance.
