Osaka Japan Travel Review 💙🍡✨ Hello everyone! Today, Boom will tell you about my travel experience in Osaka, a super cute city in Japan that made me fall in love with it from the first step off the plane! For those who are hesitating whether to visit Osaka or not, Boom would like to say, "Go! You will be so happy" because this place is not just an ordinary big city, but it is full of charm with delicious food, fun shopping spots, and super cute culture. ⸻ Day 1: Arrived in Osaka, Dotonbori is the answer to fun and deliciousness. After flying for about 6 hours from Thailand to Kansai Airport, when I stepped out, I felt that "Japan is really worth visiting!" The weather was cool and comfortable. The people at the airport were also very cute. There were clear English signs, making it easy to travel without confusion. From the airport, we took the JR train to Namba Station, which is a shopping and entertainment district in Osaka. When we exited the station, we saw Dotonbori Street, which was full of colorful neon lights. People were walking around but it looked very lively. The highlight of Dotonbori is the delicious restaurants lined up on both sides of the road. And the iconic Glico sign that everyone who comes here must take a photo of as a souvenir. We started with our favorite, Takoyaki, a round, hot ball with the aroma of fresh squid, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Dip it in sweet sauce and sprinkle with dried fish, it's so awesome! Next up was Okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake mixed with vegetables and meat, topped with a special sauce. The first bite was like my heart melted. We walked around and stopped to try snacks at many cute shops. There were grilled squid on a stick, traditional ramen, and Japanese sweets like mochi that were so soft and smooth on the tongue. ⸻ Day 2: Dreamland at Universal Studios Japan (USJ) I was so excited to go to Universal Studios Japan. A famous theme park full of rides with various themes. Every zone felt like I had entered the world of movies and cartoons that I love. Boom's favorite zone was The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It was like the world of Hogwarts was right in front of me. Hogwarts Castle was huge and beautiful. I got to try Butterbeer with soft foam and a sweet and smooth taste. It feels like a real wizard. In addition, there is Super Nintendo World, which is full of bright colors of Mario games. There are cute rides that are both fun and cute enough to make you want to play them over and over again. There are both thrilling rides and rides for small children. It is suitable for all ages. I was tired but very happy playing. ⸻ Day 3: A quiet day at Osaka Castle and a cup of tea in a cute cafe After having so much fun the day before, today Boom chose to visit Osaka Castle, which is the symbol of this city. The castle itself is very beautiful. There is a cherry blossom garden around it. If you come during spring, you will see cherry blossoms blooming all over the trees. It is so beautiful that it looks like a postcard. Walk up to the top of the castle and see the view of Osaka from a high angle. It is very beautiful. You can take hundreds of pictures. After that, we stopped by a cute cafe in the nearby area, Nagasakicho, which is decorated in a traditional Japanese style. Boom tried hot green tea with sweet mochi. It was freshly made and had a very smooth taste. I enjoyed the tea. Feels like home. ⸻ Day 4: Shopping in Shinsaibashi and enjoying the view at Umeda Sky Building As a shopaholic, we must not miss walking around Shinsaibashi, Osaka's chicest shopping district. There are many famous brand shops, souvenir shops, and cute stationery shops. Boom bought a bag full of souvenirs to take home, including cute snacks, stationery with cartoon characters, and unique gifts. End the day by going up to see the view at Umeda Sky Building, a tall building with an open-air observation deck. You can see a panoramic view of Osaka during the sunset. The golden light shines down on the city. It's so beautiful it looks like a painting. ⸻ Must-try Osaka food! 😋🍣🍢 Osaka is famous for its food. Boom tried some of the recommended dishes for everyone to try: •Takoyaki, round, fragrant balls with a rich flavor. •Okonomiyaki, Japanese pancakes soaked in a secret sauce. •Kushikatsu, fried skewers with a crispy outside and soft inside, with a variety of flavors. •Osaka ramen, rich soup, chewy noodles. •Fresh sushi from the local fish market. Super fresh taste • Japanese sweets, mochi, green tea ice cream and soft pudding, every bite is awesome No matter how many bites you eat, you will never get bored. It feels like you are experiencing the culture through every bite of food. ⸻ Summary of impressions 💕 Osaka is not just an ordinary big city, but it is warm with the friendship of the locals who are always smiling and ready to help us. The transportation system is very convenient. The subway and JR trains connect to every important point, making it easy and fast to travel. The atmosphere perfectly combines old and new cultures.
