Located inside Apm at Bistro Le Parisien, it's not very conspicuous as it's situated within the Cupping room, making it a French cuisine hidden inside a coffee shop. The set meals are actually reasonably priced and not expensive. Soup + 1 Appetizer + 1 Main + 1 Coffee / tea $198 up Appetizers 🌟Crispy Snails with Herb Butter and Mashed Potatoes +$28 (8.9/10) The snails are quite large, not too dry, and the mashed potatoes are smooth enough. Main Courses Garlic Prawns with Squid Ink Pasta +$28 (8.8/10) Originally slightly spicy, but I changed it to non-spicy for my younger brother. It tastes full of garlic, the prawns are fresh, and the pasta has the right texture. Australian Wagyu Steak M5 with Fries +$48 (9.2/10) The Wagyu is sliced, not too tough, and has a strong meat flavor, different from Japanese Wagyu. Japanese Wagyu is relatively more tender but lacks in meat flavor, sometimes Australian Wagyu has its own charm. The fries are a bit dry, but both sauces taste great.
