#EnjoyJapan I had lunch at "Yuki" in Kumejima! I was really torn between the classic sanmainiku soba and the "beef and bean sprout soba" but this time I chose the "beef and bean sprout soba". It was a big hit! The sweet and spicy stewed beef, crunchy bean sprouts, and light but rich soup were perfectly combined, making every bite a delight. It looks simple but the taste is addictive and there is a strong "you can only get this here" feeling, which makes it very satisfying. I can see why locals go there! I want to go again!
