A perfect night out on Kumejima! A satisfying dinner at this Nanto food paradise filled with local ingredients

#EnjoyJapan For dinner on Kumejima, we went to Minamito Shokurakuen, recommended by locals! This izakaya is located right next to the Kume Island Resort Hotel, and its dishes use plenty of local ingredients.  The first thing that surprised me was the assortment of fresh sashimi caught in the nearby seas. The plump texture and flavor are irresistible!  Then, the omelette with sea grapes was exquisite. The crunchy texture of the sea grapes and the fluffy egg were a perfect match, and I couldn't stop eating. You can also enjoy dishes unique to Kumejima, such as luminous shellfish sashimi and salt-grilled kuruma prawns. The restaurant is spacious, and there are sunken kotatsu seats, so you can relax and enjoy your meal.  If you want to enjoy the night on Kumejima, be sure to visit! The restaurant offers a variety of dishes made with fresh local ingredients. The assorted sashimi, featuring fish caught in nearby waters, was incredibly fresh and Flavorful. The highlight was the sea grape omelet. The unique texture of the sea grapes combined with the fluffy eggs created an unforgettable taste. Other local specialties like yakougai (giant sea snail) sashimi and grilled kuruma shrimp are also available. The spacious interior, including horigotatsu seating, provides a relaxing dining experience.
