Exhibition of 17th century porcelain

📍Exit C1 of University of Hong Kong MTR Station - University of Hong Kong Museum of Fine Arts Today I visited. Special exhibition "Porcelain" by the University of Hong Kong Museum of Fine Arts It mainly explains that about the seventeenth century, the Portuguese took the lead in successfully mastering the navigation technology from Europe to China. It opened up a continuous and constant exchange of commodities and knowledge between nations, during which unfortunately many merchant ships lost their way at sea, especially in Southeast Asia. Ceramics are both the ballast of merchant ships and waterproof, so many ceramics are still intact after hundreds of years of experience.
