Park Highlights • Unique Sculptures: In May 2015, the first "Tide of the East: Haining China International Sculpture Exhibition" was held by Haining City and the China Sculpture Institute. 35 award-winning works were enlarged into 4-5 meter sculptures and permanently displayed here. These works are centered on Haining's tide culture, such as "Soul of the Qiantang River," which reflects the surging tide, "Tide Surfer," which shows the heroic posture of tide surfers, and "Statue of Mr. Wang Guowei," which contains Haining's historical and cultural elements. They combine Haining's profound history, culture, natural scenery, and contemporary art concepts to interpret the connotations of Haining's "natural tide" and "cultural tide." • Tide Watching Experience: The park is an excellent place to watch the "big gap cross tide" of the Qiantang River. When the tide comes, you can see the tides from different directions colliding with each other, creating huge waves, which is very spectacular. • Leisure Cycling: There are bicycle paths around the park. Rent a bicycle and ride along the Wengjin Line, where you can see ginkgo forests, cherry blossom forests, osmanthus forests, and gesang flower seas, as well as scenic fish ponds and thatched cottages, and feel the fresh natural atmosphere.
