A restaurant with a nice atmosphere by the Leie River

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck De Graslei is a restaurant with a nice atmosphere in the heart of the tourist area of ​​Ghent. It is located on Graslei Street along the Leie River, which is an area where many people come to take pictures and is near the point where people buy boat tickets. The shop is a preserved building because it is in the old town. It is a restaurant with both outdoor seating areas in front of the shop, suitable for viewing the view on both sides of the river, and indoor seating on 2 floors. You can't see the view but it is beautifully decorated and inviting. So we stopped by to have a chill dinner. The food in the shop has classic Belgian food, local Ghent menus, and tapas-style food that is suitable for ordering to share with drinks. For this meal, we ordered the following: ➡️ Garnaalballetjes It is like a croquette with a crispy outer skin and a soft, runny cream filling mixed with small shrimp. Served hot, it is very enjoyable to eat. ➡️ Gepaneerde Kip It is an easy-to-eat menu, fried chicken. Dip it in a sweet sauce that is similar to Thai chicken sauce but not spicy. ➡️ Lookbroodjes Freshly baked garlic bread is quite delicious. ➡️ Stoverij It is a stew made with very soft pork. The taste is well-rounded and rich. It goes well with salad and French fries. We finished this meal with ice cream and hot French coffee. Overall, this shop is very good.
