This shop was founded in 2016 by Mr. Alexis Ywaska - a former steward who turned into a serious barista. Currently, there are 2 branches of the shop. The branch we went to is on Voldersstraat, which is close to the heart of the tourist area. The atmosphere in the shop looks relaxing. The lighting is dim and the music is Jazz, which is comfortable to listen to, matching the name of the shop. The menu has both coffee, tea, and other drinks, including breakfast and dessert menus. The shop has both slow bar and espresso-based coffee brewed from the La Marzocco Linea PB three groups machine. We ordered a Flat White. The shop uses dark roasted coffee beans, with a strong body that fights the milk. It has a well-balanced aroma. As for dessert, we ordered Tiramisu, soft and juicy, sprinkled with cocoa powder, which goes very well with this strong coffee.
