[Tokyo/Fuchu] Noodle Shop Yocchan

#Travelwithme I went there for lunch. All the seats were taken. I ordered the Chongqing set! It was a luxurious set menu of dry dandan noodles and a mini mapo rice bowl. The aroma of Sichuan pepper and chili oil whets your appetite. The sauce for the dry dandan noodles was excellent, and the marriage of the pickled mustard greens, minced meat and egg made it a perfect match with the flat noodles, making it very delicious. The mini mapo rice bowl was very satisfying, with the Sichuan pepper and spring onions bringing out the richness of the mapo tofu. It was quite filling. The ingredients in the dry dandan noodles go perfectly with the rice, so it might be a good idea to take advantage of the lunch service. The fried rice is also recommended!
