A hidden gem of a high-end Japanese restaurant near Chaoyang Park in Beijing

This is a hidden gem of a high-end Japanese restaurant in Beijing's Chaoyang Park Junhao Central Plaza: Hoshioka Sushi Kappo, a collaboration between Michelin-starred Japanese chef Teiji Nakajima and a Chinese partner. The restaurant is not large, but the design of the entire space captures the essence of Japanese aesthetics, especially the landscaping and flower arrangements, which, combined with the simple and smooth lines of the space, give the illusion of being in Japan. I ordered the restaurant's new spring set menu, which includes ten pieces of nigiri sushi🍣, and it was very satisfying. The chef cooks right in front of you, which is more like a hearty performance, making the dining experience excellent. The ingredients on the menu are very fresh. In addition to the ten pieces of sushi🍣, other dishes such as snow crab, cod milt, Brittany blue lobster, and M9+ Australian Wagyu beef are also of high quality. Paired with different tableware, they are simply works of art, both delicious and pleasing to the eye.
