China Rosewood Museum

China Rosewood Museum is a replica of Ming and Qing architecture, covering an area of 25,000 square meters, with a main building area of 9,569 square meters, and is affiliated with Hong Kong Fuhua International Group. The China Rosewood Museum is the first and largest private museum in China that collects, studies, displays rosewood art, and appreciates traditional Chinese classical furniture. The China Rosewood Museum opened in September 1999. As of the end of 2019, the China Rosewood Museum has a collection of 300 pieces/sets. The exhibition hall is divided into five floors, imitating Ming and Qing architecture, with four floors above ground. The first to third floors are exhibition halls, the fourth floor is a VIP room and a multifunctional exhibition hall. The overall architecture presents a strong traditional ethnic style. The main entrance of the museum is a pure wooden structure, using more than 400 cubic meters of wood, all of which are pure wooden structures. The four pillars supporting the gate are 8 meters high and 0.6 meters thick. The main building uses brick grinding and seam technology. The square in front of the museum is paved with large green bricks and soaked in tung oil. This method was only used by the royal family in the past, known as the sea full of dovetail board ground. When the China Rosewood Museum was built, it invited woodworking experts, tile experts, and painting experts who had worked in the Palace Museum since the founding of the People's Republic of China.
