China Rosewood Museum

China Rosewood Museum, located at No. 23 Jianguo Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, on the north side of the Beijing-Tongzhou Expressway, is a replica of Ming and Qing architecture, covering an area of 25,000 square meters, with a main building area of 9,569 square meters, under the Hong Kong Rich International Group. The China Rosewood Museum was founded by Ms. Chen Lihua, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Hong Kong Rich International Group. As a key project dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the founding of Beijing, it officially opened to the public on September 19, 1999. The China Rosewood Museum is the first and largest in China, collecting and researching, displaying and exhibiting rosewood and Huanghuali art treasures, and appreciating traditional Chinese classical themes (private) museums, filling a gap in the Chinese museum world. As an important cultural landscape in Beijing, it was rated as a national AAAA-level tourist unit by the National Tourism Administration in January 2004.
