The Surawong Montien Bangkok Experience

Recently stayed at the Surawong Montien Hotel in Bangkok, located at 54 Surawong Road Silom. This hotel has a really great location! It is near Patpong Night Market. There are not only various bars and snacks around, but also shopping malls. You can enjoy shopping and eating at night~🚶‍♀️🍴 This hotel is historic but has been refurbished. The entire hotel is divided into north and south sides, and the south side is still under renovation. When entering the lobby, the staff was very welcoming. They not only helped to open the door but also took the initiative to take the luggage. There is a very famous Hainanese chicken restaurant called Reunton on the right side of the hotel lobby. Remember to make a reservation in advance before eating, as it is always crowded every time you go! There is also a cafe attached to the restaurant, and the coffee is also very good. ☕️ In terms of rooms, the hotel offers three room types, and the style retains the previous characteristic design. The bed is super comfortable and I slept very soundly~😴The most important thing is that the hotel will launch discounts from time to time. I really hope that the renovation of the south side will be completed when I come to stay next time. 🏨 The recommended attractions near the Surawong Montian Hotel Bangkok include the Wat Pho. This temple is the oldest and largest in Bangkok. It houses not only the largest reclining Buddha in Thailand, but also various unique pagodas. I heard that this is also the location of the Thai Classical Massage School, where you can experience traditional Thai massage. ⛩️ There are also good restaurants nearby, such as Nourish, The Silk Road, Spectrum Lounge & Bar, โกโก้ XO and Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Watergate Bangkok, as well as a very famous Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. It is also a great treat to go there and have a hearty meal. 🍜🍣 Of course, even the most perfect hotel has some minor flaws. For example, the south side is still under renovation. I hope they can finish it soon so that the overall experience will be better. In addition, although the location is convenient, you may encounter traffic jams when taking a taxi to certain attractions when time is tight.
