I was satisfied with everything but the man chef. When I had the breakfast at the restaurant, I was so excited about the beef pho. But when I asked him if I could have the beef pho, he said no. It was ok, I chose the chicken pho. But the ****, after few minutes, I got back again and the nice woman chef serviced me. She said “ Do you want to try the beef pho ? “. I was so confused, but it was not the end, the f**king man came by and said to the woman chef : “ just give a little “. What the **** do you mean ? I paid for the whole service at the hotel. I gave you an opportunity to do your work. When you just are an employee, don’t think you are the boss.

Business travelers highly recommend this hotel. There are some very authentic food stalls around, and the hotel also has restaurants to choose from. Hotel is located next to 2 bus stops, bus no.1 going to the city center and the central bus station. There's ATM near the university and convenience store selling grocery and chinese bread nearby. You can join dinner with the university students living in dormitories nearby too. Room is clean and airy, though the air con is not that new. They leave the door open quite late.

Good breakfast. Especially the beef pho is no different from the restaurant, the rest is ok. The minus point is that it is near the main road so it is very noisy, the soundproofing is not good. I heard the sound of dogs repairing and the children playing from the backyard of the hotel. The toilet flushing system is also very noisy, after going to the toilet, there is a sound like a washing machine.

I stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The hotel is brand new, everything feels fresh and modern. The staff were super nice and helpful throughout my stay. The only small downside was that the TV in the room felt a bit small, but everything else was great. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re in the area!
