Мы жили в Премьер-номере с видом на реку: если окна закрыты, кажется, что места мало, но стоит открыть балкон — и пространство сразу увеличивается. Из плюсов: приятный интерьер, халаты, ванна и душ. А вот завтраки нас разочаровали: нужно заказывать с вечера, выбор всего из одного блюда, порции маленькие. Если важен завтрак, за эту цену можно найти варианты с «шведским столом». Location, that's the main selling point of this hotel. Just 5 minutes walk away from Hoi An old town, it makes it the ideal place to make the most out of Hoi An. The views of the river view room was amazing as well, being able to take in the uniqueness of the heritage site. The room was very modern, clean and sound proofing was good. Service was also very good with friendly and attentive staff. Plus points for the good buffet breakfast with a river view. Whether it's for the food, tailors, night market or just strolling around town, this hotel is certainly something to not miss.

One word: Underwhelming! Pros: a. Connected to Casino, walking distance less than 5 minutes from lobby. b. Breakfast spread is good. Pho and smoked fish. c. Balcony is nice, with bathtub. Room service was good and not much dust. Hotel is clean and feels luxurious. Cons: d. Swimming Pool was smaller than I thought. e. Front Desk tried too hard to upsell the Lounge Access, which was quite misleading the way it was presented. f. Casino is very mediocre, will not recommend going all the way there for it. g. Location of hotel is too far from Old Town. (Around 11 km, cost around 150-200k VND via Grab.) Only book this hotel if you are a gambler.

During the weekdays it was a nice and calm stay. The room is great. Bed is comfortable and huge, the balcony is just lovely and the pool is great. About the food... I would not say it is great at all, western options are just low quality and they even put ketchup on everything (?) Coming from a country like Spain I don't think you are going to enjoy the food here at all. My personal recommendation is to get a taxi to Hoi An and ask for a Cao lầu in a street vendor, the quality will be awesome and for less than half of the price of a coffee in the hotel 😅 As mentioned, I enjoyed a lot reading and chilling by the pool during weekdays but, in the weekend the zone was pretty packed with kids and families and, although I like seeing them enjoying it, it is not a relaxing and calm experience at all. Consider that :)

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were all fantastic and made our stay so much better. The rooms are spotless, the hotel is right next to the beach which was beautiful and very relaxing, there is also 2 restaurants, 2 pools, a gym, and other fun activities that you can do at the resort. We also really enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice variety of options and the hotel provides a free shuttle service into Hoi An which is around 10 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again.

The service is good. The staff are very patient and smiling. There are welcome drinks after check-in. The five-bedroom villa is large, newly decorated and clean. We are very satisfied. There is a room on the first floor near the swimming pool, three rooms on the second floor, and one room on the third floor. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and the area is about the same. This is great. When allocating rooms, some families will not have a psychological gap. A little further ahead is the beach, with hammocks, swings and other facilities. The waves here are quite big. All in all, highly recommended!

Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

酒店性價比挺高的

Hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast. Was particularly good … location is a little far from Hoi An but, getting a grab is very easy. The staff are friendly but speak very limited English. I asked them to help booking golf for me, they said yes yes yes … I arrive to the golf club the next day and no booking. Love Vietnam and the central area but, will choose another hotel next time.

Quaint little hotel that’s beautifully appointed. Huge room and bathroom with vintage claw bathtub. Walkable to the main street and the old town. Friendly attentive service as well. Small pool but we didn’t spend time there. Perfect place to start and end your Hoi An adventure!
