Easy check in and nice room, better and larger than expected!!

The room was nice with a nice size pool Surprisingly and clean and Bluetooth speaker inside with loud speakers in pool area and room with no sound leaving the room definitely worth it I would say I would definitely stay again I just wish they would offer better deals on this particular room but it’s worth it your paying for your own peace a mind with a private pool so honestly couldn’t have been more happier and the property outside is well maintained and neat .thank you again

Nice place to stay for a night, the beds were ok and the shower was great. They had breakfast in a bag you could grab on your way out. Not as good as a hot breakfast but ok.

凌晨過去但是是當晚的房間，前台姐姐人太好太好了，指了一個小房間，早飯隨便吃，説最晚最晚十點就可以進房休息了（非常肯定）。 結果七八點實在撐不住，花了25美元提前進房，前台換了一個人，態度很差，説最早下午兩點，特別拽特別無禮。 房間的門打開費勁，房間還不錯，基本設施都有，就是無空調！衹有一個熱風機，直直地對着床吹，讓人感受沙漠般的乾枯。（我是北方人，20度的地暖都沒這麼烤人的） 管理一般，休息了一下準備出發，門被工作人員打開了？小費一分都沒得。 逛完匹茲堡回來（很差，最好別去），問前台怎麼預約班車坐飛機，他説三十分鐘一班，早點兒下來就好。結果！第二天興沖沖地下樓，前台很震驚，問為什麼沒有登記，又把已經出發的車叫回來了，是一個黑人姐姐，特別特別好。 個人經歷僅供參考，環境還算乾淨，較為隔音，就是服務時好時壞，多搜尋，有method更economic和refundable。 祝大家旅途愉快。

On a hill not far from the city. It covers a large area with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The room is also large enough, but toiletries, slippers, etc. are not provided. The facilities are very complete, with supermarkets and restaurants open until late. Ice machines, microwaves, and many details are well done. The parking lot needs to be early or it will be crowded. Free parking is a big advantage.

When we made our reservation in trip.com we pay for 6 person (2 adults and 4 children's ). And when we arrived the person in the reception told us that our room is for 4 pepole,and if we want to add 2 more (1 bed and 1 baby crib) we will need to pay then an extra charge (20$). I was very disappointed because I already payed for 6 person.trip.com You need to sync your system with the hotel.

There is a free airport shuttle bus and the room is clean

This hotel is near the airport. We felt safe around the property. The Room phone didn’t work. The showers were made for very short people. Plenty of hot water for showers. Housekeeping staff needs to clean areas above eye level. Massive cobwebs around ceiling lights and outlets. The hotel charges $50 for incidentals on a credit card. They charge $100 for incidentals if you pay cash. Morning buffet was a disappointment. Negatives -The eggs were undercooked and cold. -Sausage was a cheap brand and very greasy. -Only one type of bread available -Had to ring a sever to get the hot foods. It is held behind a counter that is inaccessible. Positives -The coffee was pretty good -Area was pretty clean

Love this place. Cozy. Great bed and nice big shower.

In terms of cleanliness, it was not good because there was some mop smell in the bathroom. The location was good, directly connected to the airport. I had a beer in the restaurant, and it took a while to order because there were so many people.
