From arriving in Vancouver on July 29th to five cities in the eastern United States → Vancouver → Toronto → Buffalo → Washington, during the 20-plus days, this hotel was the most comfortable and had the best facilities. It was the only twin room that cost less than $1,000 and included breakfast. Other rooms were less than $1,500 a day. It was great value for money!

Everything was good. Breakfast was very good. The door to the room was way too heavy to open. We were able to open it but if a guest was a senior or handicapped, they may not be able to get in or out of the room. For two people staying 2 or more nights there should be 2 shampoo and conditioners. Make-up remover isn't really necessary since most women travel with this type of toiletries.

GGuest UserFirst room we were assigned to reeked of wet dog smell. Second room reeked of bleach. Third room was the charm. So beware this is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies to animals, probably not a good choice for you. Staff was amazing, very pleasant, and helpful. We had to call maintenance to help with the TV 3 times. Each time, the young guy who helped was super kind and friendly. The bed needs a blanket that actually fit a king size bed. The blanket that had under the bed spread was actually a box spring sham cover. Who the heck thought that was a good idea?! Housekeeping was friendly each time we ran into them in the hallway. One of the two elevators were broke so waiting for only one elevator took some extra time. However, overall not a bad place to stay.

FFerranWell at first I was satisfied with this motel. But I’m unsatisfied after my first stay. When I checked in on may 31st 2024 and checked out on June 1st 2024 I reserved this room and paid for it online with my card. Now when we checked into our room they never asked for a credit card for 100$ deposit that we would get back after we check out. They made my fiancé sign a paper and I signed the paper also. Then we went to our room. Now on June 2nd 2024 we had another reservation. When we attempted to check in on June 2nd 2024 the same person who checked us in on the other date asked for a credit card for 100$. I asked why today but not the other day I can’t afford that I’m already paying almost 80$ for the room

GGuest UserThe staff were super accommodating. Manager got us Top Floor suite after I was unsuccessful with that through *******. All of the hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was perfect for us. Parking was great. Location is near anything you’d need. Free HBO and place did not smell of smoke.  Probably about ready for new mattresses, at least in suite we were in and lavatory is kind of low. Perfect height if you’re 5’ tall though.

GGuest UserGreat hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

WW. ZhouThis is one of the best hotel experience we had. The room is spacious and has plenty surfaces and drawers. The suite is so convenient for two of us to work or dine during our stay. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and diner (diner was from Monday through Thursday), and 24 hour coffee/tea. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. We'd stay at Homewood Suites again.
