We liked the hotel. They upgraded our room to a suite, for which we are especially grateful. Some rooms are currently undergoing renovations, but we walked around during the day and it did not cause us any inconvenience. It is clean. There is a crossroad nearby. Not far from the main attractions. A good restaurant at the hotel.
An excellent hotel in the city center. The rooms are small, with options for rooms with private showers and shared bathrooms. We booked a room with a private shower but stayed in the shared one—it was very clean and pleasant. There's a large kitchenette, tea and coffee are available at all times, and you can store your groceries in the shared fridge. I recommend any room type.
1. The hotel facilities were complete and the cleanliness was excellent.
2. The view from the room is shown in the picture. If there's an aurora, it can be seen.
3. The breakfast was plentiful. I saw online that the hotel restaurant was expensive and not very good, so my friend and I decided to explore it. Whether it's expensive or not, and whether it's good or not, is a matter of personal definition and taste. But we both thought it was reasonably priced and quite delicious. Halfway through our dinner, the waiters went from table to table informing us that there was an aurora viewing.
4. Overall, the service at both the hotel and the restaurant was very good.
The environment was beautiful, and the cabin was warm. You could see the aurora right outside the door. However, the service was poor, and the facilities were quite old.
1. Check-in was slow and impatient.
2. The door lock was a European-style fixed key lock, making it difficult to open. Our room door had a problem. The room was far from the front desk. Since we didn't have a local phone while traveling, we had to ask our driver to call the front desk to get someone to come. They arrived in ten minutes, and it was very cold.
3. The water heater malfunctioned on the second night, so the shower was cold. Although we called a repairman, he couldn't fix it and said we had used up the water. We had just returned from chasing the aurora and no one had used it, so the water was cold. We made do for one night.
4. The front desk was far from our cabin, and there was no shuttle service. If you take a taxi, remember to ask the driver to wait at the door until check-in is complete and bring you and your luggage to your cabin. Otherwise, dragging your luggage is troublesome, and the road is difficult to walk on. We had a chartered car, so the driver waited a long time because of the front desk's slow pace.
5. The room had enough tableware. There was a microwave but no stove or induction cooker. We brought our own induction cooker and pots to cook hot pot and bought groceries for our two-day stay.
I booked a triple room and a double room at this hotel. Five people commented very well. Because Moore was transferred, it was a bit unexpected. The room was large and the heating was very good. Although the hot water bath was going to the public bathroom on the first floor, the men and women were separated. The hot water supply was very good. You can take a hot bath anytime, anywhere, the front desk service is also good, the key kitchen is casual, a large restaurant, cost-effective, recommended!
When we arrived, our cabin wasn't ready and it was completely cold, which was a shame because the location was really cool. Thanks for moving us to another cabin, where the heating was turned on. It took about an hour for it to get somewhat warm, but the cabins are still cold. I don't know how anyone could stay here in really freezing temperatures. Bring warm long johns! We almost constantly had the AC on for heat, but turned it off at night because it was noisy, and we froze terribly by morning. It's important to note that condensation forms on the ceiling and constantly drips on you, which isn't great either. But! The bathroom with the sauna is very nice, and there's an outdoor hot tub. The administrator helped as much as she could, many thanks to her! Excellent breakfasts and dinners.
Only stayed for a few hours, but I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff, along with her boyfriend, were incredibly helpful and warm, even with the language barrier. The room was stuffy, so I had to ask the front desk for a fan, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. It said no breakfast when I booked, but when I asked the staff on-site, they said it was available. There's a small convenience store within 300 meters, which was a nice bonus.
The hotel is hygienic overall and staff are quite friendly and helpful to tourists. Room is huge with well-maintained facilities, including heater and mutil-functional shower. Need to give appreciation to the hotel manager and staff as she’s articulative in English and Russian, who offered help to us to communicate for a lost item of us in a Yandex taxi. Highly recommended if going to skii / enjoy view of snowfall with families.
The room is clean and tidy. There is a very kind grandma at the front desk who prepares breakfast for me every morning. You can set the breakfast time yourself from 7:00 to 10:00. There is no air conditioning in the room but there is floor heating, which is sufficient. The overall experience is very good!
