The folder charged me the money again after I paid on the trip platform, claiming that the platform only gave them 27% and charged me again 31 dollars more, saying that the platform does not advertise that it has two types of rooms, one with fan and the other with a/c and it costs 58 dollars a/c the pool area is dirty the water in the pool is green in short the hotel is kind of neglected
This hotel is across the street from the hotel and has a 24 hour shuttle service. They are very prompt in their replies via WhatsApp. The bed is comfy, room is clean and the wifi is fast enough for online video calls. One con is I never could get the hot water to work in the shower but I live in Nicaragua so I’m used to cold showers lol. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has good, local options.
Cons: No hot water, 1 TV channel (in spanish), trapped monkey in a cage
Pros: High water pressure, high food availability, responsive desk, proper air conditioning, quiet and segregated neighborhood
This hotel is quite dated and it was disappointing to see that the hotel wanted to charge guests for water in the room. Also, the sink and bathroom in the room were not properly maintained. However, the breakfast was good.
The room size is a bit small, the facilities are not so perfect, and the bathroom does not even have a hair dryer. Breakfast is OK. The surrounding area of the hotel is also relatively convenient. The most important thing is that the service staff are very friendly but also pay attention to the fact that some people seem friendly. . . The people in this country are much friendly compared to other countries in Central America, and the hotel is very safe around.
The hotel is really intimate, knowing that I have to catch an early flight, I have no time to eat breakfast, and I specially prepared a light meal in advance. Let me not go to the airport hungry, thank you very much!
The hotel is in the safest area of Managua. Staying and traveling are very safe,
The hotel is relatively independent, the area is very safe, the facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, there is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel, it is convenient to eat, and the stay experience is very good.

YYuta_JimaThis was 3rd time to stay at this hotel because I like silent place like this hotel. However, it seemed they never changed bed sheets & pillow covers and never washed used glasses. I was bitten by some small insects all my body. However, comparing with other similar hotels with this reasonable price, it is still much reasonable. I will come back to this hotel again.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with airport shuttle. Delicious Nicaragua full breakfast. With in walking distance to a mall with a good food court. The amenities very nice with an outdoor pool & lounging areas. The rooms are comfortable. Good air conditioning. The service is excellent. Very accommodating staff.
GGuest UserWe arrived late in the evening, and the hotel made sure to staying open for our check-in.
The room was really clean, and AC’ed, which was a must.
Perfect stay for a long day of travelling. Breakfast was fine as well.
Would recommend the hotel to stay, also if you stay longer in Managua.
