I had to say that the service was wayyy better than doubletree hilton putrajaya. The staffs were friendly, we loved the breakfast buffet, pool was awesome, private beach so no need to go to Pangkor (although they also provide service for the transfer with extra charges). They have watersports activities, playground, kids club, volleyball court and atv. Saw some people fishing. You cant avoid the flies and monkeys. Overall perfect weekend getaway!
Tips: If you dont want to pay RM128/adult for dinner buffet, you can order Grab.
For lunch, you can have it at a cheaper price at Terrace cafe (golf)
This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6.
As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day.
Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator.
I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad.
Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁
The room was spacious. There was a bathtub but it wasn’t so clean. They’re bird nests all the carpark together with their poops. There’re nothing around the hotel, but it’s Taiping so you can’t ask much. Don’t have high expectations with the breakfast, it was cold and not many option. Anyway, the view from the room balcony is purely green.
The hotel was perfectly adequate for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean, if a bit dated, and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff were polite but not overly attentive. Breakfast was basic, and the Wi-Fi was spotty. It's a decent option if you're looking for a no-frills place to sleep, but don't expect any special amenities or a memorable experience.
I stayed here to recuperate after breaking my ankle, and I felt that they were always considerate, such as when boarding the boat and the location of my room. All the staff members had excellent hospitality. Best of all, the facility is surrounded by nature, which allowed me to forget about everyday life and relax. Next time I'd like to participate in the activities as well.
The front desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the AC was very cold (just how I like it). Only negative were the pillows - thin and soft and weren’t to my liking.
Bathroom was a little strange - glass door for the toilet but not the shower, so water easily splashed out when using the rain shower.
Breakfast was nice with a range of local foods available.
The sound proofing is poor. Can hear people dragging and moving furnitures. There is some watermark at the toilet. Less clean.
Allow 30 mins late check out only.

Satisfied with the room and service ! Location is in the centre of New Town of Kampar . Surrounded by shops and shopping centres. So convenient and easy access . Definitely will stay again in the future 👍🤲
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very unique and great thought was put into the setup of each room. Enjoying the nice sea view from the room balcony.

YYeeYinNice place , this is second times I stay this hotel. Beautiful hotel and clean. And water can refill at the water dispenser machine. Nearby turf club and easy access to anywhere.

AAnonymous UserI booked the Brewster Studio, during check in the reception mentioned the name of the room is Concept Studio, which is same as the Brewster. Name only different, facilities, size & price is all the same, so don't panic about this. Location is very strategic just beside Ipoh Parade Mall, with connecting entrance. Staffs all very friendly. Studio room located at the highest level which is Level 12, comes with free cocktail for teatime, coffee & beverages from 7am-11pm. The hotel provides supper from 11pm-12.30am which is super convenient for late night hunger, which is very generous & rare services. They upgraded my breakfast from 1 pax to 2 paxes since I come here for my honeymoon. Room is so clean, jacuzzi was super clean, complimentary fruits, peanuts & raisins were provided. They fulfilled my wish to have honeymoon deco on the bed. The jacuzzi was huge! Really unexpected with that size. They also provide sea salt for the jacuzzi bath. Tv provide good range of local networks and movies. Breakfast is good also, sufficient for morning tummy. Overall me & my husband was very happy with Weil Hotel. Definitely will come back.
AAzzam HusinThe hotel has a modern and stylish design, with a clean and welcoming entrance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also convenient, close to local eateries and attractions.

TThe PearlI recently stayed at AC Hotel by Marriott Ipoh. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower was exceptional—I’ve never experienced a rain shower like that before. The pool area was beautiful, and the hotel is conveniently located near many shops and massage centers. Free parking was a great bonus.
However, the television was a major letdown. Despite having a large screen, it couldn’t connect to YouTube or Netflix. I paid RM400 hoping to relax and plan my future business, but this issue was a big disappointment.
As for breakfast, while the food was tasty, the variety didn’t meet the usual Marriott standard.
Overall, it was a pleasant trip. If the TV issue is resolved, I would definitely consider returning.
LliangWe stayed at a family-friendly hotel that was conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay very comfortable.
The Haven is known for its stunning views of limestone hills, lush greenery, and serene surroundings. The resort offers a variety of activities like swimming, hiking, and relaxation, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
we spend 1 whole day inside to enjoy the facilities and pool.
AAnonymous UserJust a simple hotel. Nothing overly fancy.
It's weird that the room does not have bedside table. The room is not carpeted, but it has viynl/woodlike stickers, it is not cold.
The area is not exactly welcoming with Bars on both ends and unmanaged vacant properties beside it
