This is my first time stay here, Surprisingly i love it so much! Spacious room, clean room and also comfy bed and guess what it comes with sofa bed also! View from the room also perfect! Will come again !

We had a big buffet breakfast the next morning- lots of choice so couldn’t try everything. Pool looked inviting but was closed, the gym had several machines but the room was hot so we went walking instead.

The lobby is grand. Carpark is just at the front of the hotel with guard. Room conditions are good

We booked 2 rooms. Initially were very happy being given connected rooms. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms were disappointing. In our king bed bathroom, the bidet spray was leaking, basin drainage was slow, water seeps from the glass shower whenever we took showers. For the double single beds bathroom, the stopper for the bathtub was loose & water just couldn’t fill up. The bathroom blind was spoilt & cannot open. We feedback to the staff & request items to be fixed while we were out during the day, but nothing was done. As for the breakfast buffet, generally most of the food were very salty & inconsistent standard for the same type of food each day. Worst experience of all, we were charged the tourism taxes again upon checkout when we already prepaid all charges online!

My stay at the Novotel Taiping was an exceptional experience. The staff’s exceptional friendliness and assistance were truly remarkable. However, the Prime Deluxe Room which I booked came without a window view (window opens to the wall of the building). The room also has leftover cologne smell (likely of previous occupant). EV Chargers in the basement car park is not in service at the moment and the front desk was unable to commit to a time as to when the chargers will be ready for use. This is a huge downside for EV owners wishing to stay at this hotel.

3rd time having fun here with my small families. We having a good time staying at here, the room, food and everything is outstanding. got 4 tikets free for hot spring, but for daytime activities need to purchase seperated. The room was spacious and very clean for 2 nights stay is so comfortable. During this stay overall very satisfied with the price given and hospitality form hotel staff are the best. Surely will make another trip in the future

The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The services were great! I requested for anniversary deco room. My room was spacious with king bed and partial seaview. Hehe. The best part was the swimming pool. My family enjoyed the pool and every slides/playground eventho there were many people during school holiday. The breakfast were nice tho. Plus my kids love to play at kids club. We went there twice per day. We’ve had the best weekend healing gateway here 👍🏻

The place exceeded my expectations and was a great stay overall. However, if you're a light sleeper, it might be a bit challenging as you can hear kids running outside early in the morning, and at night, noise from the next room, especially if there are loud guests or children, can be disturbing. Despite that, the experience was fantastic. As for breakfast, I had it for two days— the first day wasn’t great, but the second day was fantastic, so the food quality seems to depend on luck.

Hygiene Issues Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.

I go to coral Bay twice a year and take hotel room. First time taking apartment and very bad experience with noise especially with neighbours. Bathroom water was very little. Uncomfortable beds. Our breakfast was also a failure this round. Next time no more apartment. Only hotel rooms.

My family and I went for a staycation to Teluk Batik. It’s quite near to the beach. There are a lot of parking but make sure you download “Park@Perak” apps to avoid from “kena saman” 😅. Overall the room is quite spacious but unfortunately my room got no mirror in it. Just one mirror in the toilet. The room is also convenient for my family to stay. Overall 3.5/5

Request for late check out and request approved. But during staying recep call to remind check out time at 12. Told her i requested late check out but that time only she said cannot. Should had told earlier or dont accept request if u know my staying date is peak. Also when check in being told that order room service till 9.30. Call at 8.30 being told kitchen close already 🫤
