The environment is great, right next to the golf course, perfect for families who don't like the hustle and bustle. The housekeeper was very responsible and friendly, waiting to pick us up after 11pm. We had a problem after 1am, and they quickly helped us solve it. A thumbs up!

We had an excellent experience at the hotel, celebrating my child's birthday. Despite the long travel distance, we enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The hotel staff went above and beyond by decorating our room with a ”Pokemon” theme and preparing a lovely cake. When they learned about my child's nut allergy, the hotel manager arranged for a new cake to be made, which was incredibly thoughtful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at R&F Princess Cove in Johor Bahru, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to R&F Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible. A pedestrian bridge connects the residence directly to the mall, allowing for effortless access .   The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The views from the balcony were stunning, offering a serene backdrop to our visit. The facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, R&F Princess Cove offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Johor Bahru, whether for business or leisure.

Required to pay for the parking within the hotel. RM7.50 per night. Therefore I didn't give 5 marks for the service. The parking should be free or at least come with sheltered carparks, as there were bird shits found on my car. Location is ideal. Opposite the hotel had rows of eateries and convenience shops. Easy to get food and necessities.

A hotel that is big like an apartment. But can see it is dated, maybe since before covid but only start to pickup after covid. Looks liek those condo convert into a hotel. Room comes with things to cook a meal but sadly no washing machine. Got stove and microwave. If got washing machine, will be perfect Service is ok la, take key go home fast at 4pm. Amenities got pool and gymmy. Nice view at top. Break fast is crowded. Many hog the seat and until like tomorrow even at 10plus. Suggest go early to eat. Food is nice but the kitchen cannot take it, food slow to top up and see stacks of dishes not cleaned. This is an area to improvement. For price I pay, no complaints. Room big clean, breakfast fill stomach.

Check in process was smooth and we were very happy with the hospitality. Every staff has a big smile on their faces. We were then greeted with complimentary fresh and warm signature cookies upon arrival which really brightens our day! The room was overall clean although the hotel itself is a bit dated, the windows and wallpaper were old and worn off. Well maintained I would say. Hope they could do a bit of refurbishment or upgrading works to give it a new face lift! Shower pressure was also great needless to say. We would stay again in the future!

We travel with a family of 6 (with 2 below 6 years old) & took the family room. The room was rather cram but it’s ok for just a 1 night stay. We were greeted with a flight of stairs before reaching the reception. Check in process was smooth and fast. I will list the Pros and Cons of the hotel below. Hope it helps! Pros - Good wifi signal - Location: just beside bubble tea shop, along it are massage parlor (good ones!), hair salon and established bakeries. Easy to get to Mid Valley, KSL, Pelangi mall etc via grab. The location of the hotel is quite centralised. - The staffs don’t look their part, but they seemed approachable. - Water dispenser available Cons - No toilet paper - Leaking bidet - No water heater - Experienced an hour of blackout (no aircon/lights) at midnight and hear commotion outside so it’s not “noise proof” Come back? Maybe not.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it super comfortable. The price was also very affordable, offering great value for the quality. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet clean place to stay.

Great Stay – Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, and Good Value I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was not bad either—just enough to start the day. Overall, definitely worth the price. I would stay here again!

We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.
